We love primrose school of Andover at Crosstown! The communication from both my daughters teachers, and the leadership is great, and I feel so good knowing that all of the staff truly care about my daughter. She smiles every time she sees her teachers and I feel so confident knowing I am leaving her in the best hands. I love the communication through the procare app and getting to stay updated throughout the day. The school environment is always welcoming and clean, and even in the infant room she is doing developmentally appropriate activities throughout the day!

We love the curriculum! Our daughter is learning so much. We love the teachers/staff. They care a lot about the kids. They are clean, organized, positive, and recognize that children develop at different paces. They encourage the kids to learn, explore, and care about their well-being. We couldn't be happier!

We're so impressed with this school. Our daughter loves it, and we see how much she's growing and learning every day. The staff is amazing!

We really enjoy getting the pictures throughout the day, and the updates through the app. Helps my wife and i get a better understanding of her day. Based off our first survey, I really appreciate the effort put in by the staff. It showed they listened to our concern and made an effort to improve. I'm happy with that improvement.

Our grandson has learned about kindness and sharing. He has been introduced to so many delightful books and learned his numbers doing fun activities. He loves music and has many opportunities to sing and dance. Getting outdoors when the weather cooperates is encouraged, providing him a chance to exercise while having fun on the playground, playing with water, or riding trikes safely. His vocabulary and communication skills are very advanced for a child that will turn 3 in November of 2024. We are grateful to his teachers and all of the staff that provide such loving care on a daily basis. Darlene F. Aragon

I love the curriculum, the updates throughout the day, and the staff is so attentive! I know my children are well loved and taken care of. I also appreciate that we can work together to improve our child’s behaviors or meet their individual needs. They truly care!

Curriculum, staff, cleanliness, meals, location and all the friends we've met along the way! However, I do wish for the price paid there were more toys on the playground for the older kiddos.
