Curriculum, structure, and consistency

We’ve had such a genuinely positive experience with this daycare, and it’s meant so much to our family. As a parent, it’s not easy leaving your child in someone else’s care, but from the very beginning, the staff made us feel comfortable and reassured. You can tell they truly care—not just about doing their job, but about the kids as individuals. Miss Lanisha has been absolutely wonderful. She has such a natural way with the children. She is kind, patient, and attentive, but also knows how to gently challenge them in a way that helps them grow. We’ve seen such a difference in our child since being in her care, especially in confidence and social skills. It’s clear she really sees and understands each child, and that means everything to us. What stands out most are the little moments—the way the staff greets the kids, how they take time to connect, and how they handle each child’s unique needs with thoughtfulness and care. They’ve been incredibly accommodating and always make us feel heard as parents. At the end of the day, we just feel really lucky to have found a place where our child is not only safe and taken care of, but truly known and cared for. We’re so grateful for everything they do.

The quality, care, and attention shown to our children by the staff at Primrose has been exceptional. It is a joy to watch them explore and grow by those who truly care about their development. The kids look forward to school, and so do we!

Our daughter has attended Primrose since 4 1/2 months old. Over the past year and a half we have seen her blossom into a caring and charismatic individual. One of the things we appreciate the most is the focus on learning more about the world around them and a variety of cultures and perspectives. While dropping our daughter off today she told me that we need to remember to be kind and she was going to be kind today. This is just one example of the principles she learns from her school!

The staff are professional and every single one of them is involved with the entire student body. The facilities are safe, clean, and purpose-driven to a well-crafted learning experience. Our child loves being there and it has done wonders for her development. We send her there assured that she will be safe, happy, and enriched.

We love the teachers! So far we've loved every teacher from infant to early preschool. We like the daily tracking and pictures. We like the two outside recess times when possible. We like the curriculum and getting our child to learn new things and be exposed to something he wouldn't have normally at home. We like the variety and timing of food offerings. We are very happy with our choice at Arden Hills/Shoreview

Great teachers and an inclusive environment for the kids to develop their skills

The director, Jodi, balanced the needs of the business with the needs of the children and staff. Many places we toured were clearly business first, at the cost of their staff. Jodi has a strong relationship with every child at the school, and that stood out to us overwhelmingly. She treats Mabel and welcomes her every day in a sea of tiny faces that I personally wouldn't be able to track. She doesn't just know their names, she knows who they are, they're preferences, they're routines. Her ability to hire, and more importantly retain, the best people in the woeld to care for our daughter shows the way she not only makes kids feel, but her staff as well.

Sophie loves going to school. We see her growing more in kindness, intelligence and social skills. She loves the lessons and both playing outside and in the gym! Recently her favorite activity is the special splash days. From infant-hood we have always felt that she was cared for as a individual and recognized for her unique talents.

Primrose is an excellent child-care facility from top to bottom. Every staff member appears to be involved in the care of every child, their resources are first class, and the overall sense of community is so welcoming and professional. I never have any reservations about my child being there, and my child loves being there as well.

The staff and teachers go out of their way to make your child welcome. They are so helpful. The programs and the way they get the kids to learn is outstanding. They are wonderful!!!!!!

Everyone we encounter at Primrose knows who our son is, knows we’re his parents, and are always so kind and the first to greet you! My son loves going to school and playing with his friends, but absolutely ADORES his teacher Ms. Karina!! He’s gaining new skills, making friends, learning new routines, but also still so cared for. His teachers clearly care about him and the other students, and genuinely seem to love their jobs. It’s been such a pleasure being a part of this community and I’m so glad we chose Primrose!
