We love the school, the teachers and the food! Overall I feel Primrose West Midtown is a safe and loving environment. My only concern is that lately there seems to be a high turnover of teachers with little communication. The other struggle is that having the kids out for three days this week for teacher planning feels like a lot. I could understand one or two but three feels like a bit of a strain.

Highly skilled teachers All staff attentive, responsive, respectful, and provided a family environment From covid protocols in 2020 through graduation in 2025, my son could not have had a better experience anywhere else. Specifically, Miss Levy, Ms Bouduwaa, Ms. Character, Ms Bonnie, Angelica, and Shanelle.

The infant menu was our first indicator that this Primrose is different from other daycares or other Primrose for that matter. The school is very clean. The rooms and hallways look clean and feel clean and smell clean. The class rooms are setup well and well lit. Both my kids thoroughly enjoyed their teachers, classes, friends, and are happy and thriving at daycare.

We started Primrose Westside with my daughter in November, we are looking forward to enrolling our son this fall. Very pleased with the staff and education and teachers.

My daughter has been going here since 2 weeks before her 2nd birthday. Everyone on staff knows her, and they are always kind and accommodating. Zoe is the last of 4 children, and she is the first and only to attend Primrose. The experience has been great. From the amazing parents of the children in her class, to every teacher she’s had, our family is very pleased. My 6 year old is autistic and when he comes inside for drop off and pick up, EVERYONE is so kind and shows him so much love. We would and have recommended Primrose to other families.

Wonderful staff and administrators! They love on these kiddos and make them feel safe and seen. My child has grown tremendously and is more confident. They balance play and learning so well. The facility itself is very clean and welcoming.

It’s a welcoming environment. My son looks forward to going to school each day. Everyone from the Administration to the teachers in his class as well as those in other classes know him by name and take care of him as if he is their own. It makes a Mom like me feel safe that my Child is surrounded by love and support with gentle care. He loves the lessons that he is given each day.

We have been part of the Primrose School of Westside family since our daughter was just 12 weeks old, and I truly cannot imagine a better place for her to have grown up. From her very first day through Kindergarten graduation and now back again for summer camp, Primrose has been a second home for her and for us. The entire staff is incredible: caring, patient, and deeply committed to every child's growth and happiness. It is clear they genuinely love what they do, and that love shines through in every classroom, every interaction, and every milestone celebrated. Our daughter has thrived here, not just academically but socially and emotionally as well. The curriculum is outstanding, but just as important, the environment is warm, welcoming, and nurturing. If you are looking for a place where your child will be loved, challenged, and supported every step of the way, I could not recommend Primrose Westside more highly. It has truly been one of the best decisions we have made as a family.
