Everyone at Primrose is so wonderful, friendly and professional! Y’all do such a great job of taking care of our daughter. Everyone is very responsive and respectful and y’all really seem to genuinely care about our girl. I think that y’all do a wonderful job of keeping the environment clean, safe and secure and a phenomenal job of keeping us posted on updates throughout the day. We couldn’t ask for a better day care for our daughter!

I like the activities my baby is engaged in even at such a young age. Communication could improve though. I didn’t get any notice that she would be changing rooms and only found out from her teachers.

Our son has been with Primrose schools for 1.5 years. We always love all his teachers and the admin staff. They are helpful with his learning, growth and very communicative with us. We couldn’t be happier with Primrose!

We've had an amazing experience at Primrose and love the teachers and staff. One candid bit of feedback I have is to offer up different classroom photographers. Your current offering is expensive and doesn't offer enough for the pricing they charge

I’m a grandparent and am Hooked up to the camera and daily progress of our grandson. We are in another state , and it’s great to see pictures of him what he’s ate - if he had any potty accidents. Looks like the school has great curriculum. Keep up the good work!!

I love how communicative Primrose is--both the teachers and leadership. But what I love the most is how well they love our baby! She smiles at her teachers every day when she gets to school, which tells me basically all I need to know :)

We love Primrose for infant care for our boy Max! They do such an amazing job with him and we could not be happier. Giving a 9 because it would have to fit within the budget of the family I would be recommending the program to.

Switching our kids' daycare to Primrose has been the best decision for our family. The staff are so attentive and caring, the curriculum is engaging for our kids at their age levels, and we know our kids are safe and happy. We love how much the school does in terms of activities and fun events and are so appreciative of the Parents Night Out offering. We can't wait to continue to see our children thrive at Primrose.

My daughter has been in Primrose school of Mueller for about 5 months and we are very happy about the experience. The staff are all very nice and professional there. The school is well organized. We were in another daycare school before but that was not satisfying, so with the comparison, we know Primrose is wonderful! But there is just one thing, sometimes I find the food provided is too sweet for a toddler, so I will rate 9 rather than 10.

Our oldest has been at Primrose since she was a baby. We have loved her teachers and the care she gets there. She is in the preschool class now and thriving. She comes home telling us what she learned and showing us songs/dances she learned. Our 6 month old is about to start, and we are excited for her to have some of the teachers that our oldest loved! What I appreciated most about Primrose Mueller for my daughter was the phenomenal support from the front office staff. Every day, they welcomed us with warm greetings during both pick-up and drop-off, making each interaction feel personal and welcoming. Their attentiveness and readiness to help with any questions or concerns truly made a difference and provided peace of mind. My daughter's teachers were great at fostering her curiosity and social development through engaging activities. We can't thank everyone enough for their support and care during our time at Mueller. Special thanks to Ms.Kay, Miss Savanna, Mr. Joel, Ms. Daisy, Ms. Marlen, and Miss Briana for making our time very special.
