I love that everyone knows my child's name! The staff and teachers are super friendly. I also appreciate that everyone knows about developmental best practices and teaches my child how to do developmentally appropriate skills. (i.e. holding a cup)

This is our first year at Primrose and our first day are experience - very very happy and love how kind welcoming and dedicated the staff are. Always going above and beyond to provide service to help the parents and a fun environment for the kids.

I LOVE everything about primrose so far. I started my baby in the infant room in June. I am blown away by the level of care that my daughter has received. I have 100% trust in the teachers and the establishment when I drop her off every morning. Thank you so much for being my village!

My daughter has been enrolled in Primrose School in Mueller for nearly one year now and we are pretty happy with the experience. All the teachers she has are energetic and patient. The activities seem to be very interesting and my little one is looking forward to going to school everyday. The management is also great. All the information are communicated clearly.

I can just tell how loved our daughter is at this school. So many incredible teachers know her and show her affection, and it makes dropping her off every day that much easier. Thank you for providing such a sweet and loving environment for her to spend her weekdays.

This school is an excellent fit for our family. The staff is thoughtful, kind, and open to feedback. We are greeted so warmly every day. My child does well with the curriculum and teaching style. They do so many events and special days for the kids and it makes it feel like they are really trying to create an exciting and educational experience for the students. The hours and additional support opportunities like parents night out are a lifesaver for us as we don’t live by family and have busy work schedules. The only opportunity I can suggest is increasing the healthy snack options, specifically options with less sugar. Overall, we have had a positive experience and we hope it continues!

Everyone at Primrose is so wonderful, friendly and professional! Y’all do such a great job of taking care of our daughter. Everyone is very responsive and respectful and y’all really seem to genuinely care about our girl. I think that y’all do a wonderful job of keeping the environment clean, safe and secure and a phenomenal job of keeping us posted on updates throughout the day. We couldn’t ask for a better day care for our daughter!

I like the activities my baby is engaged in even at such a young age. Communication could improve though. I didn’t get any notice that she would be changing rooms and only found out from her teachers.

Our son has been with Primrose schools for 1.5 years. We always love all his teachers and the admin staff. They are helpful with his learning, growth and very communicative with us. We couldn’t be happier with Primrose!

We've had an amazing experience at Primrose and love the teachers and staff. One candid bit of feedback I have is to offer up different classroom photographers. Your current offering is expensive and doesn't offer enough for the pricing they charge

I’m a grandparent and am Hooked up to the camera and daily progress of our grandson. We are in another state , and it’s great to see pictures of him what he’s ate - if he had any potty accidents. Looks like the school has great curriculum. Keep up the good work!!

I love how communicative Primrose is--both the teachers and leadership. But what I love the most is how well they love our baby! She smiles at her teachers every day when she gets to school, which tells me basically all I need to know :)

We love Primrose for infant care for our boy Max! They do such an amazing job with him and we could not be happier. Giving a 9 because it would have to fit within the budget of the family I would be recommending the program to.

Switching our kids' daycare to Primrose has been the best decision for our family. The staff are so attentive and caring, the curriculum is engaging for our kids at their age levels, and we know our kids are safe and happy. We love how much the school does in terms of activities and fun events and are so appreciative of the Parents Night Out offering. We can't wait to continue to see our children thrive at Primrose.

We now have two girls at the school and couldn't be happier with our selection. We've enjoyed each level of the program and the people we've gotten to meet.
