It starts with everyone's attention and welcoming attitude from the minute you walk in the front door. Everyone is seemingly always in a good mood and ready to greet you and your kiddo. It continues with the pride everyone takes in their role in the building. The entire staff from top to bottom do a fantastic job, from the kitchen, to cleaning, to creating engaging lessons in each room. Mostly for us, it's that the staff make my kid feel as if they are the only kid in their room. Everyday they all gather and do clasroom based activities, but they take the time to make sure they get a good picture and give a daily review of each individual child's day there. My kid is one of many in her classroom, but when we get home and talk about her day you'd think she was one of one. Primrose has been everything we hoped it would be and more!

Primrose has provided our child with the skills needed to succeed in Kindergarten. We have fully appreciated all the providers who have watched and taught our child. Primrose provides updates on our child throughout the day giving insight and tips on what the kids are learning that day. They also provide family activities throughout the year and they truly care about the families at their school.

Regular and open communication from all. Food allergies taken seriously! Great teachers. Many Procare updates throughout the day including pictures and video. Awesome experience so far.

Primrose School far exceeds our expectations! The caring staff starts with the leadership team. They are outstanding and are always willing to answer any question or help with anything. They set the tone for a very positive environment. The teachers are very hands on and take the time to get to know each child. They create a wonderful loving school environment for each age group. The kids partake in circle time, small group time, and recess time. During lunch time, they learn table manners and have a wonderful cook who prepares age appropriate meals. It is not unusual to see the teachers sitting with the children during meal time. They also take the time to teach each child independently at their level. Primrose does a wonderful job in keeping parents informed. Their app details their children’s activities for the day including the lessons taught, meals eaten, bathroom visits, and sleep time. You will also find photos of your child throughout the day. I would highly recommend Primrose School of Ballwin.

Ms Rose, Ms Jenny, Ms Kendall, and Ms Julie have changed our lives!! Primrose has helped teach our little guy strong foundations and he’s only in Toddler 2! We feel so supported and Enzo is so cared for, loved and safe.
