The staff and teachers are kind and professional. I’ve never witnessed a concerning experience or situation. They are quick to notify us of anything we need to be aware of - from her not feeling well to every meal and snack - and also in frequent communication at large about her updates and what kind of day she is having at school. They take a lot of photos which helps you adjust to being apart from them, which is hard at first. All the teachers we’ve had have been compassionate and thoughtful. You can tell they are really good with the kids and really care about them. They also do a lot of thoughtful events and activities that involve the families and bring extra engagement to the children.

The love and affection showed to my son. All the teachers and administrators know all the children and always say "hi, __" or "bye, __" when entering or leaving the premises. They all take a vested interest in the children's well being and growth and it shows.

Primrose Bedford feels like home for our kiddo. One thing we noticed day 1 and continue to see is everyone knows everyone’s name. Each teacher and administrator puts forth the effort to know what’s going on and learn about each child. We are forever thankful we found this school. As first time parents, we were hyper focused on making sure our child was loved and taken care of when we weren’t there. Primrose affords us the comfort of knowing he’s in the best hands.

We couldn't be more thankful to have found Primrose Bedford for our daughter -- the staff has felt like family for our daughter, from the front desk, to every teacher that still remembers her and says hello, to the chef, and other support staff. We've always felt known, welcomed, and that our daughter has been in the best care all while learning and growing so much. Our daughter loves "going to school," because of the fun, caring environment provided for her; she truly enjoys sharing all the things she learns, in each and every class she's been in. Mrs. Allen does a wonderful job leading Primrose Bedford and we couldn't imagine our daughter attending any other place. Primrose Bedford is a blessing for our family!

Since making the decision to move our son to Primrose, we’ve seen such an incredible difference in him. He has become noticeably more articulate and confident in his speaking. He’s excited to go to school each day, asks about his friends constantly, and comes home sharing everything he’s learned — it’s truly amazing to witness. We couldn’t be happier with the change. The environment, the curriculum, and the care he receives have all made such a positive impact. Thank you for creating a space where our child feels happy, supported, and inspired to grow.

I love the transparency from the staff and the communication we received from them as well. I know that my child is in great hands and I get compliments outside of school and how well she communicates and gets along with others, and I know that is a reflection of her experience at Primrose.

Once you experience a Primrose school, you don’t settle for less for childcare. They raise the bar beyond what parents would normally expect from daycare. They have strict safety guidelines that they consistently follow. The children all have a curriculum where they are encouraged to hit and surpass milestones for their age - even the babies. The staff are kind, caring, and professional with a leadership team that holds each one accountable. You just can’t go wrong with a Primrose school.

We love Primrose Bedford, as soon as we walk into the door we are greeted by our lovely administration staff who know us all by name, these ladies set the environment for the center and care deeply about the staff and children. The teachers are wonderful, you can feel the sense of compassion and care for the kids. My son has been coming here for 1.5 years, I can see so much growth in him. He enjoys coming to school and the structure they provide is exactly what he needs. The class is a good blend of open play, exploring and learning and he soaks it all up! We highly recommend Primrose Bedford!
