The staff is truly incredible!! They treat our child like their own and have become like family to us. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing he is in such a safe, loving, and nurturing environment every single day. The care, attention, and genuine kindness they show is unmatched. We’ve seen so much growth and happiness in our son since starting here, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly, highly, highly recommend to any parent looking for a place they can truly trust

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Primrose of Bedford and truly feel grateful to have found them. From the very beginning, the staff has been warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. It’s clear that they not only prioritize safety and structure but also create a nurturing environment where kids feel comfortable, supported, and excited to learn. Our 2 girls love it here! One of the things we appreciate most is the level of communication. We’re always kept informed about our child’s day, activities, and development, which gives us real peace of mind. The teachers go above and beyond to engage the kids with a variety of educational and creative activities, and it’s been amazing to see how much our child has grown both socially and developmentally. The facility is clean, organized, and well-run, and you can tell there’s a strong sense of community among the staff and families. Our child genuinely looks forward to going each day, which says everything. We highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a safe, positive, and enriching environment for their children.

They genuinely and truly care about my child. They know him so well and have made me feel so comfortable leaving him with them during the week. One of the truest statements is that raising a child takes a village and I feel so fortunate to have them be a part of our village.

We love Primrose of Bedford. All my children have grown up here as well as my sister's children. The staff and teachers go above and beyond. This school is near and dear to our hearts!

Professional director of the school. You can tell the staff want to work for her, and this positive career environment keeps teachers. Teachers care about the children. The place is clean and friendly. They are always doing things to go the extra mile: Valentine date night kid watching opportunities, Thanksgiving feast for all families, Cookie Friday, Stickers on the way out the door. She does so much to make this place 1st place in HEB!

The office staff is incredibly welcoming and always goes above and beyond to keep families informed about events, updates, and important news. Communication is clear, timely, and organized, which makes such a difference for busy parents. The teachers are patient, nurturing, and truly dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where children feel comfortable and supported. It’s evident that they genuinely care about each child’s growth and development. Both of my boys have absolutely loved attending Primrose, and we’ve been so grateful for the positive experiences and strong foundation they’ve received there.

The staff has truly taken the best care of our boys! They’re careful with our youngest’s allergies, and they’re patient with our oldest’s particular mannerisms. They worked to understand our children rather than push them to conform. We’ve been so blessed to have been able to join them!

It was a very smooth transition for our daughter from her previous school. The communication from the school and teachers has been wonderful. Wish we would have switched sooner!

The staff and teachers are kind and professional. I’ve never witnessed a concerning experience or situation. They are quick to notify us of anything we need to be aware of - from her not feeling well to every meal and snack - and also in frequent communication at large about her updates and what kind of day she is having at school. They take a lot of photos which helps you adjust to being apart from them, which is hard at first. All the teachers we’ve had have been compassionate and thoughtful. You can tell they are really good with the kids and really care about them. They also do a lot of thoughtful events and activities that involve the families and bring extra engagement to the children.
