I appreciate the exceptional care provided by the team at Primrose. What truly stands out to me is how genuine and dedicated every staff member is. Knowing that my little one is in such good hands makes a significant difference in my daily life, as it allows me to focus on my workday with complete peace of mind. It has been heartwarming to see my son's progress; he went from crying every day at drop-off to now asking me to stay for an extra five minutes at pick-up time. Thank you for creating such a nurturing environment for him.

The teachers, staff and administrators, the programming, and the attention to detail for the care of our child has been nothing short of impressive. I'm sure there are specifics I could spell-out but the gist is that our child enjoys his time there and we trust that he is well taken cared of there.

The Primrose Bent Trail Staff are amazing. Everyone is incredibly friendly. They know my daughter by name. They always share fun stories and I feel like they generally care about the students.

Primrose is a fantastic daycare with very caring teachers and staff who love their job and their students. They have so many fun events and extracurricular activities to keep the kids engaged. Our child loves going to Primrose, and best of all we get updates throughout the day with all their activities with pictures and videos.

As a new parent the portal is one of the many reasons Primrose stands out to us. Information is available in real-time and we can communicate with staff if needed. If I’m missing the LO all I have to do is open the app to see how she’s doing.

The team at Bent Trail has taken fantastic care of my son since he began attending as a 4 month old. He's now 2 and I feel immense comfort knowing he is learning, thriving, and loved there! He loves going to school every day to see his friends and teachers.
