I love that the teachers are very attentive and communicate with me quickly! They were knowledgeable about what bottles I should buy for my daughter that was having trouble bottle feeding since she was only breastfed. Primrose does a great job of moving kids to the next class based on milestone so my daughter has adapted well to each class she’s been in! She’s happy to see her same teachers each week and loves all the different and interesting activities each day!

Primrose Bent Trail has been a wonderful place for my child. She learns things, I get updates daily regarding things that are going on and I find myself wishing the school would add an Elementary school program. The staff is very kind. Each member of the Primrose crew knows the students and addresses them by first name. It definitely feels more like a family rather than a school. I am so glad that I chose Primrose of Bent Trail for my daughter.

Well managed and organized. Great daily updates via app and regular parent communications. Teachers are caring and work with each family to ensure the child is thriving at school; they also offer ideas and alternatives to help support the child, such as moving crib location to a quieter area to encourage napping or offering favorite snacks if food is refused. We’ve had a few outfits ruined from lack of bib use in the older infant room during meals. We’ve also had persistent illness / runny nose. I know there’s only so much the school can do about this, but I’d love to see a “no shoe” policy considered on rugs in infant rooms, and strongly enforced hand washing / wiping when children are touching each other or caregivers.

Everything. Both of my kids love this school. The curriculums are engaging, they get plenty of mental stimulation and physical activity. They get to explore and be creative. They love the music and my 2 year old knows all the lyrics to every song. The teachers are compassionate and teach in a way that is accommodating to individual child's needs.

Bent Trail is a well run and predictable, I think you communicate well and I appreciate how low turnover is. All the teachers seem well prepared and friendly, my child enjoys going to school every day. I wish the food offered was healthier, it is often prepackaged and processed. I would be willing to pay more in tuition for real food options.
