We’ve had a wonderful experience with Primrose over the last 2 years. Our family has both a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old in the programs, and it’s been so reassuring to see how well both age groups are cared for. The teachers are warm, patient, and genuinely invested in the kids. Our children come home happy, learning new things, and clearly feel comfortable with their caregivers. As parents, that peace of mind means everything. We’re grateful to have found such a supportive and nurturing environment for our kids.

Primrose is a part of our village - they take care of our daughter not just thru play but the difficult times - learning emotional regulation, sharing, etc. Her two teachers are also fantastic - they help us understand what’s going on during the days and how we can complement it at home at night. They’re very communicative and thoughtful. We are grateful our daughter has somewhere fun and nurturing to spend her days.

The teachers are wonderful and so fun. We are amazed at how much our son has learned at PSBH. We could not have done the same at home. So many friends for the littles and a great community for parents.

Everyone that works at Primrose is super friendly and helpful. The kids are always happy, and you can see the growth in ability and development that happens. The school exposes the kids to a great amount of diverse subject matter while remaining respectful of everyone's beliefs.

From day one, my daughters and we have felt incredibly happy and fortunate to be part of this community. ​The staff and teachers are, without exception, kind, loving, and attentive to the children. Their dedication and the genuine care they put into their work is noticeable, which gives us immense peace of mind. We know our daughters are in the best hands. ​In addition, the educational program is of very high quality. We see our daughters' daily progress and how they learn in a fun and stimulating way. We Love Primrose! Especially the teachers, the administration, curriculum, and safe environment of primrose! My son yells "yay" every morning when we pull into the parking lot and has truly learned so much!

I really love Primrose - it feels very personal and I believe the teachers are providing a nurturing and education environment for my daughter. However, with the new teachers and the constant changes - it's beginning to feel a little unstable. I hope things will calm down and the turnover will stop. The new teachers also don't feel as trained on the Procare app as there has been a noticeable decline in updates on the day as well as photos that are posted.
