I really love Primrose - it feels very personal and I believe the teachers are providing a nurturing and education environment for my daughter. However, with the new teachers and the constant changes - it's beginning to feel a little unstable. I hope things will calm down and the turnover will stop. The new teachers also don't feel as trained on the Procare app as there has been a noticeable decline in updates on the day as well as photos that are posted.

the school has been great and very attentive. they provide specialized support and are always available to help the parents as well as the child. primrose really feels like an extension of our family and we couldn't be more grateful for the support and development they provide our daughter.

We have been so happy with our experience at Primrose in Berkeley Heights. The teachers are not only incredibly skilled, but they also take the time to truly connect with each child. It’s clear they understand the importance of creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel comfortable to explore, learn, and grow. Both of my kids have flourished under their care, and it's wonderful to see the strong, trusting relationships they’ve developed with the staff. Both my son and daughter talk about their teachers at home and look forward to seeing them each day. What really sets Primrose apart is the consistency and positive energy that the staff brings each day. The team is always communicative, keeping me updated on my children's progress, daily activities, and any milestones reached. I never feel like I’m in the dark about what’s happening, and I appreciate the daily reports and thoughtful notes they provide. Beyond the staff, the overall environment is warm and inviting- it has a very "homey" vibe when you come in and that extends into each classroom. The school is clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed with age-appropriate materials and spaces for the children to engage in a variety of activities. It’s clear that a lot of attention has been paid to making it a place where children feel secure and excited to learn.
