Our family has had an exceptional experience with Primrose School of Bothell since our son started at 18 months old. Now at two and a half, he continues to thrive thanks to a remarkably professional and attentive staff. In the toddler class, Ms. Katherine showed excellent love, attention, and the essential one-on-one care that toddlers need at that stage. As he transitioned to early preschool, Ms. Justin and Ms. Monica did an outstanding job focusing on his independence and engaging activities. All of his teachers provide updates about every single detail of his day and share frequent, adorable photos of him that bring us immense joy and reassurance. His current teachers, Ms. Amelia and Ms. Brenda, also show immense care and are improving his confidence. In fact, he just started potty training and proudly earned his first star on day one! Through this guidance, our son has shown great physical growth and independence, and he has even learned to count his numbers in Spanish. He returns home smiling every day because his teachers handle even his fussy, emotional moments with the utmost patience and kindness.Additionally, Ms. Anu from the management team cares for our son deeply and is always incredibly helpful in navigating every question we have. We truly appreciate her constant guidance and support. Primrose School of Bothell is a truly remarkable facility, and we are deeply grateful for this loving community.
We really enjoyed the experience from the infant classroom teachers. Daniela does not approach strangers and is fearful in new environments, but every day she gets to daycare she runs into the classroom towards the teachers and clearly has a great time there. She feels safe and we appreciate the teachers for attending to all her needs.
Staff have always been very kind to both of my boys. They are patient, supportive, and are adored by my children. The curriculum keeps them engaged and gives them opportunity for personal growth.
Primrose has been amazing for our family. I am a teacher and mom, and it’s has just been such a blessing having a wonderful support at Primrose, especially for my daughter. I have always felt supported, and my daughter has always felt safe and loved! We have enjoyed all of our teachers, It has been such a privilege to work closely with her and her leadership skills in the classroom.
The teachers are attentive and patient and the support staff is also helpful. Most importantly, my 1 year old loves to go to School and adores his teachers.
We couldn't be happier with our experience at Primrose, Bothell. The environment is warm, nurturing, and thoughtfully designed to support early childhood learning. The teachers are incredibly friendly, approachable, and always open to discussing my child's progress and behavior. Their genuine care and dedication create a comforting space for my son to feel safe and encouraged to explore.
The balance between structured learning, engaging activities, playtime, and well-needed nap breaks ensures that kids receive holistic development while enjoying their time at school.
Overall, this Primrose school sets a high standard for early education, blending care, communication, and a rich learning environment. I highly recommend for parents seeking a school that truly prioritizes their child’s well-being and growth.
I appreciate the communication between the teachers and parents. I feel that they recognize the children's individual traits to support their interests and needs.
I like how dedicated the team is to welcome new kids and to cater to their adjustment as they spend 40+ hours of their childhood here.
Would love if the updates of the kids also included how they were emotionally so parents can take extra care of them once they’re back home.
Also if the updates came by more frequently than just end of the day it would be great too.
If there’s more empathy when kids are crying to ensure they’re safe that would help them a lot too
We absolutely loved our experience at primrose. The teachers, staff, Ms. Libby and Mr. Pankhil are all extremely dedicated to the wellbeing of our child. As soon as we walk in, everyone greets us and our child with their name. It feels like home. The curriculum is so rich in arts, science, history etc. and the hands on projects are amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better school. We are moving our son closer to home, otherwise would have continued on here. We will sincerely miss primrose.
I love the way teachers cared for my daughter when she started her daycare journey here....she had early morning anxiety issues as she was first time going out of home for longer time without her mother / parent around....
She took 1.5 months to come out anxiety issues but with guidance and support from daycare authorities and teachers my daughter is having best of the time now after spending 6 months and has progressed well from being shy to becoming more expressive and interactive....
I just hope she gets better with time by having loving and caring teachers around all the time as children's need love, care, support and affection to be at their best self everyday!
It’s not too bougie and it’s not at all random. There are routines and lessons that build day to day, year to year. The admin works with you and treats every situation with seriousness even when parents are more relaxed. You have a good view of daily activities and meals with ProCare. They are attentive when you ask questions or have difficult situations with doctor’s notes/medication forms. They also don’t play around with illness and call as soon as is necessary so your kid is comfortable while ill and removed from class to keep everyone else as healthy as possible. They also organize fun seasonal activities.
Staff works very hard to manage parents expectations and keep the kids engaged and happy. Good quality education inclusive of diversity and different cultures
