The leadership makes a meaningful effort to aid in the development of the children and help the staff in their professional growth as well. Dana has been a great addition as well.
Care is great, staff is always happy and helpful. The facility itself is nice and outside play area is currently being upgraded. Nice to see the reinvestment in the business. I enjoy seeing the updates throughout the day on the app.
The staff is great. They speak upon entering and leaving the building. Trinity has grown so much since she's been there. The teacher's and staff are amazing. I Highly recommend Primrose.
The Explorer program has a good balance of fun learning activities, opportunities to complete homework and time to be free and play After being in school all day.
The kindness of concern for the children mentally, physically and emotionally. This is not only from the teachers but also for the administrators! They want what’s best for each individual child to promote the best growth in all areas of their development.
Our daughter is learning so much from her teachers and friends! She’s excited to go to school every day. Her teachers keep the class engaged and teach important skills for her development.
Primrose is an amazing preschool. Thanks for contributing to my son’s development, appreciating and listening my feedback.
Despite director changes, standards were kept and kids education and care remained utmost priority. I am a proud primrose parent!
Overall our experience has been good with the school. I appreciate all of the people that work there. The issue is with the model being based on squeezing as much money as possible for financial gain. Private equity has no business being in a community based (or what should be) school. Everyone that works there deserves to make more than they do based on the outrageous amounts we are charged to have our child there. The small amount Roark pays these employees is disrespectful. The food supplied is abysmal and kids this age have no business eating the type of things they are provided by the school. For profit private equity companies owning childcare facilities is insane and is destroying families. It makes no sense for policies to be put forward by people who never step foot in a school and aren’t even part of the communities they are dictating policy for.
Please understand that these comments are entirely directed at the criminal private equity company that owns these schools. You are scum of the earth.
To all the employees at the school, thank you for taking care of the children and dealing with the difficulties associated with that. None of the comments I wrote are your fault at all and I appreciate all of your efforts.
The teachers and curriculum are great. The provided lunches are a life saver, and they have great hours and days of operation to allow my wife and I to work a full day while we know our kids are well cared-for.
There is a genuine concern for all the children and their wellbeing and education and development. This is not just in the classroom but in the administration as well. The staff are not only teaching our children, but they love them and are also their cheerleaders.
Primrose Brasfield teachers and staff are amazing! Normally I'd give a 10 - but I just learned the problem child (Liam) is still hitting all of the other kids, including my daughter? I thought he had stopped because he was allowed to stay in class. My youngest has a habit of hitting her older sister now. Now I have to wonder if she thinks it's okay to hit her sister because Liam is getting away with it. I feel bad for him because he must have some mental issues going on - but I am more concerned for the physical and mental condition of my daughter. Please kick him out before he causes some permanent physical harm to one of his classmates.
The teachers and staff at Primrose are absolutely fantastic! They go above and beyond to ensure each child feels cherished and valued, creating an amazing atmosphere where every kid can truly shine!
