Our 5-year-old son has had a wonderful experience in the Pre-K program at Primrose. He has PDA, and finding the right school environment has been very challenging for our family. What has made all the difference is the patience, positivity, and support the staff has shown him, even on the harder days. He is a bright child who just experiences the world a little differently, and it means so much to have a school that believes in him and continues to help him grow. We are incredibly grateful for the progress he has made and for the foundation Primrose is helping build as he gets ready for elementary school.
Primrose has provided top notch care for our son and family. From the first day, the teachers have been caring, supportive and have been great communicators about both his day to day experiences and overall progress. The administrative team members are warm, welcoming professionals who work hard to make personal connections and to support a feeling of community and positivity. The kids experience a variety of activities, games, and art projects, and my son is excited to tell me about his time at school. We have been thrilled with our time at Primrose.
Our 5-year-old son is currently in the pre-K program at Primrose, and it has been nothing short of transformative for our family. He has Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), and before we found Primrose, we had real fears about whether he’d ever be able to attend school successfully. Daycare after daycare just didn’t work out.
Since starting at Primrose, everything has changed. That’s not to say every day is perfect — we still have ups and downs — but what sets Primrose apart is the way the staff responds. No matter the day, they’ve remained patient, supportive, and positive with our son. They don’t treat him like a problem to be solved; they treat him like a child full of potential. That has made all the difference.
He’s such a brilliant, creative little boy — just a bit different from other kids — and that difference hasn’t always been easy for others to understand. But at Primrose, we’ve found a team of educators who believe in him. They see who he is and who he’s becoming. They’ve helped him grow socially, emotionally, and academically in ways we didn’t know were possible a year ago.
Even on the harder days, we’ve always felt supported and included in the process. We truly believe that this foundation is helping set him up for a smoother transition to elementary school.
We’ll always be grateful to Primrose for giving our son not just a place to learn, but a place where he is accepted, challenged, and encouraged — exactly as he is.
Primrose has exceeded all of our expectations in a daycare/school for our infant. The teachers and staff are incredibly responsive, responsible, and caring. The facilities are clean and the programming is exceptional! We love the weekend family events to meet other kids and their parents. Can’t say enough great things about Primrose Brookfield!
We have had a great experience at Primrose school. The faculty/administration is great. We are always greeted with a smile. The teachers are extremely hands-on – ensuring that kids are well taken care of while at school, while at the same time giving them a variety of educational experiences, My son loves to come to school, which says it all.
The teachers and staff truly care about the children! They provide phenomenal education and care! I appreciate their efforts to maintain a continuous line of communication with the parents to keep us informed. They go above and beyond with hosting events to build a sense of community around the school. I highly recommend!
What I like most about Primrose School is they have a structured school program but they work with parents and children to provide learning on what works best for the individual.
Primrose staff and teachers really care about my son. I see it in how he has developed over the last 8 months or so, and with how he acts when we are at Primrose. I know I can trust them to care for my son while I work, and as a new mom it was very stressful to take that step into someone else watching our son while I worked. However, I couldn't have made a better decision. They even worked with us when our PT/OT team made suggestions for helping Charlie with achieving developmental milestones. Being born premature at 27 weeks, PT/OT usually has to guide children for 3 years to ensure the right growth and development. However, both my husband and I and Primrose worked hard to help him achieve his milestones and he no longer needs PT/OT services. We are so proud of him and so happy we entrusted Primrose to care for our son.
Welcoming teachers which make us feel so comfortable leaving our daughter there. Communication is great to understand how her day went which we appreciate as well.
Primrose is wonderful. The staff are so engaged, and my children enjoy going. I feel confident in the care they provide my children. Well worth the money!
Primrose has been fantastic experience. The extra attention to detail the staff provides on a daily basis does not go unnoticed. We could not be more appreciative of the level of care.
Really happy with our decision to enroll our son here! The owner is engaged and on premises every day, and every staff member seems 1) happy to be at work and 2) actually knows our names and cares about our family.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Primrose. From day one, it’s been clear that the infant classroom is a warm, loving, and supportive environment. The teachers are incredibly kind, patient, and understanding — they truly treat our baby like one of their own.
We’ve seen so much growth in our child since starting here. It’s been amazing to watch them learn new skills and meet developmental milestones, all while being surrounded by a caring community.
We feel confident and at peace knowing our baby is in such good hands every day. Highly recommend to any family looking for a nurturing and enriching daycare experience!
