Primrose is dedicated to providing a safe, warm, and well-rounded experience for families seeking daycare. Our kids' days are structured but varied, based upon a curriculum that is age appropriate, play-based, and exciting for our kids. In our time at Primrose, we have had so many teachers who genuinely care for my kids; we are grateful for our experience there.

We’ve had a really positive experience with the Early Preschool program overall. Brooks and Parker absolutely love their teachers, Ms. Alex and Ms. Kay. It’s clear that they care deeply about the kids, and the boys are always excited to see them and talk about them at home. We really appreciate the warmth, patience, and attention they bring to the classroom each day. One area where we think there could be improvement is communication and consistency when teachers are out or when there are different teachers present at pickup or drop-off. There have been a few times when Ms. Kay or Ms. Alex had already left for the day, and the teacher covering pickup wasn’t able to share much about how the boys’ day went - especially while we’re working on potty training. It would be really helpful for parents to know what time their primary teachers typically leave each day, so that if we want to connect with them directly we could plan to pick up a little earlier. Similarly, when a teacher will be out for an extended period of time, clearer communication in advance would be appreciated so families know what to expect. One small suggestion that might also help is having teachers wear name tags. Since teachers sometimes rotate through classrooms, it can be difficult for parents to know who they’re speaking with at pickup or drop-off. Overall we’re very happy with the program and especially grateful for Ms. Alex and Ms. Kay. The boys clearly feel loved and comfortable in their classroom, which means a lot to us. :)

We have been here for almost a full year and I am so blown away how amazing this school is. Ms. Ashley, Ms. Wells and Ms. Jordan are wonderful! Loved that you took the kiddos to Publix to buy food for those in need. Love the communications you send before and after you do a fire drills. Thanksgiving set up was great was well!

Primrose has been a great experience for us so far. We love the community and How the school feels like a family. It’s been a great environment so far. Our toddler loves her teachers and loves all the fun, structured activities throughout the day and is always happy at the end of the day when we pick her up

We absolutely love Primrose Brookhaven! The staff and teachers are truly incredible—warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in the kids. The school is always well run, organized, and spotless, which gives us so much peace of mind. Our daughter looks forward to going every single day and comes home happy and excited about what she’s learned. We couldn’t ask for a better environment for her to grow, learn, and thrive.

We love Primrose! It provides such a warm, nurturing environment where the staff truly care about our children. One area we'd like to see improved is more healthier food options (particularly for breakfast).

The experience in PreK this last year was amazing! Those teachers are truly fabulous and really partnered with us to expand Cody’s knowledge. It was a great way to end our ten year experience with the school but I feel he’s very prepared for kindergarten thanks to Ms Wells and Ms Bhavana. The summer explorers teachers have also been amazing this summer. Definitely ending things on a high note and so appreciative of the owners being very open to feedback through the years. Thanks for everything through our time with this school!

My child continues to thrive at Primrose Brookhaven. He is learning new things daily and his vocabulary has grown tremendously. He loves his teachers and his friends and always comes home a happy kid. The school follows a fantastic curriculum, it’s clean, and they have outstanding processes in place to keep everything from drop off to pick up to on-site events for the families running smoothly. The teachers care about him and his classmates and take time to share events from the day or progress being made which is very important as parents who have to work. We continue to be happy with Primrose Brookhaven!
