Everyone is so nice and knows my daughter’s name. The staff really cares about the children.
I also like that healthy meals are provided each day and there are a lot of enrichment activities even for infants.
We have two children at Primrose Brookhaven, and have loved every part of our experience. The teachers are fantastic, the staff is warm and inviting, communication has always been great, and most importantly our children are happy and thriving.
The teachers and administrators are incredible! We have absolutely loved being in Ms Bhavana’s class. Primrose Brookhaven feels like a wonderful community with so many family friendly events
The management staff are extraordinary at our Primrose location and the vast majority of teachers our children have had have been phenomenal. Keeping a daycare/school staffed with great people is no easy task these days but the level of communication we receive when there are changes is great. The only reason I didn't go with a 10 is that I think there is room for improvement in the food area, but this is in no way unique to Primrose. I understand that many of the meals and snacks are made fresh or use non-packaged ingredients but I know there are still many days our child receives processed/packaged snacks. We get it, that packaged snacks/food items are cheaper, faster, and kids eat them without issue but any way to reduce the amount of those would be great. Thank you for all you do!
Primrose of Brookhaven is a wonderful community with friendly and caring staff and teachers. There is lots of learning and a lot of fun happening, all at the same time.
We love how the entire Primrose staff take the time to get to know our child. It shows they truly care and take pride in building meaningful connections with all students.
I toured 6 schools if not more in the Chamblee Brookhaven sandy springs area. (KLA, Goddard, crème, ect)
In comparison, Primrose was cleaner, and had a really good curriculum. They do not have screen time, Which is a plus. Some daycares (Crème in Buckhead) have 45 minutes screen time in the morning and afternoon.
I think teacher turnover is high which is a negative , but I like that they try and keep ratios in order . Currently they have 3 teachers in my son’s class and I appreciate that so much. (Our previous daycare had 1 teacher to 15 kids)
I also like that they are quick to fire teachers if they raise their voice or yell at students. No tolerance for teachers yelling is an absolutely amazing policy. Ashley the director takes complains seriously and is SO quick to resolve. Out of 6 (might have been more) schools we toured, primrose was easily the best choice . The only thing I was hesitant on was the no cameras in the school. But they honestly have such a good curriculum that we overlooked the cameras. We are beyond happy with our new daycare. It makes us realize how horrible our other daycare was.
Teachers and staff are friendly, communication is strong any time there's an issue/medical concern in the classroom, and my children both really enjoy their time there.
We love Primrose. The teachers and curriculum are excellent. Our little one goes into her young toddler classroom with a smile on her face every morning, which puts our hearts at ease. I would highly recommend Primrose to anyone considering daycare.
