Our daughter started at Primrose when she turned one and has been thriving in the young toddler class. We were nervous about her transition to daycare, but she is loving her community of friends and teachers at Primrose. Her teachers are so kind and do a great job of providing structure while still keeping the day fun and expoloratory for her. The classrooms have many of the same puzzles and toys we do at home to help her feel comfortable, but is also filled with new crafts,toys and learning materials to challenge her. Our daughter's vocabulary has exploded since she started with Primrose and now she wakes up everyday asking "friends, teachers?" and responds with a happy "yes!" when we ask her if she had fun at school. We are so grateful to the Primrose staff for helping make this a great transtion for her, but also for us so that we can focus on work while she is gone so that we can be more present when she is with us.

Our son Wayne is 3 years old and he absolutely loves Primrose. Every teacher at this school is kind, positive, and genuinely cares about the children. One thing that really stands out is the low teacher turnover. When teachers are happy and stay for a long time, it creates a stable, loving environment where they can truly care for the children from the heart. We are especially grateful to Ms. Alicia and Mr. Ella, who have made such a positive impact on our son. He has now moved up to Pre-K and still loves coming to school every day. We are so thankful for everything Primrose has done for our family. In our experience, it is the best daycare and preschool in Carmel. Highly recommend!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Primrose School! From the very beginning, everyone made us feel so welcome, and the environment has always been warm, caring, and supportive. The teachers are truly amazing and had gone above and beyond to help my child settle in, feel comfortable, and actually look forward to going to school every day. We’re so thankful for all the love and support we’ve received and we highly recommend Primrose Schools of Carmel!

We couldn't be happier with our decision to enroll our two-year-old, Myra, at Primrose. Transitioning to daycare for the first time is a significant step for any family, and the school has made this journey so much easier for us. Key Highlights of Our Experience: A Successful Transition: Sending a child to care for the first time is undeniably hard. For the first month, we had to give Myra that extra "push" to get out the door. However, the patience and comfort provided by the staff have completely changed her outlook. Now, she is excited to go every single day! Engaging Activities: We love the small, thoughtful events the school organizes for the kids. They are perfectly tailored for her age group, and she truly enjoys participating in them. Warm Environment: The school has created a space where Myra feels safe and comfortable, which was our number one priority. We highly recommend Primrose School, especially for first-time parents who are nervous about sending their children to daycare. The growth and happiness we see in Myra every day speak for themselves!

We love Primrose! The teachers are wonderful, my daughter comes home happy and she is always learning new things. She's happy to go be with her friends in the morning and do activities through the day. My only criticism is the poor quality of meals and snacks that are mostly processed and unhealthy for such young children.

Teachers, front office, etc are all great. App gives good communication on eating, pictures, etc throughout the day. Feel like a safe environment where kids learn and grow.
