The cleanliness, sanitization, the genuine love from teachers and staff. I like that they have a curriculum. I like that they are transparent when someone is sick or if there is something going on with the school.
Primrose has been great to us thus far! Being new parents is very hard and they helped our adjustment back to work greatly! Mrs. Sara and Miss Lindsey gave our little guy the best care. We cannot ever repay the love they showed to our baby. We could not be more happy with the decision we have made by selecting Primrose for our child.
Primrose School has been a wonderful place for both my daughter and me. As a parent, I love seeing how excited she is to go to school every day—she adores her teachers and all the fun learning activities. As a preschool teacher here, I can honestly say it’s a supportive, caring environment for both staff and students. We feel like part of a big family!
We love everything about the school. The staff is wonderful and everyone feels like family. The education is great as well and we have seen how much our daughter has grown since being with Primrose.
We love the sense of community we feel each day when we enter the doors into Primrose. Every administrator and teacher know who we are and all of the children by name. You can tell they take a sense of pride in what they do in fostering a collaborative, safe, and engaging environment for all ages. Our kids adore their teachers and classes, and we love picking them up and hearing about all the educational activities they participated in!
Great development seen in my kid after we enrolled him in Primrose. He was socially more active and started interacting with his friends much better. We feel overall environment of Primrose is so positive that he felt right at home
The teachers and the staff really care about the students, and they always greet the kids and parents with a smile. We all have some very fond memories of this school, which is why we came back. The environment has a magical feel that we can't fully describe, but it truly seems like everyone enjoys the work they do here. We tell everyone about Primrose.
We love everything about Primrose! Our daughter McKenna loves going there and sometimes she doesn't even want to leave. =]
My only suggestion is that the transition to new classrooms could be a little more thoughtful. It was hard for McKenna to move from young todds to older todds, I know any transition will take some time for them to get used to, but I didn't feel like I had any opportunity to really chat with her new teachers about McKenna's preferences or speak 1:1 with her new teachers. Her drop offs in older toddlers was REALLY rough at first, and McKenna was not getting the normal warm welcome hug at drop off she used to get with Ms Cassie, I asked for the new teachers to plz give her a quick hug and say hello and it often didn't happen and made me feel unsettled and it took a few weeks until the drop offs got better she would scream and cry.
So maybe a quick 5-10 meeting with the new teachers when transitioning would be super helpful (also at least put me and other parents at ease). That's my only suggestion feedback though, everything else is perfect!
Thanks!

The teachers and staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The curriculum is robust, providing many different activities to engage my child. Also, the food service is great!
I think the education is top notch. The staff all care a lot about the kids and seem to really do their best. Everything is overall really impressive and we love it there.
Amazing effort by entire staff in helping our child develop necessary daily skills and keeping him occupied with productive activities all day that help him learn different skills in different aspects. We have seen a vast improvement in his social behavior - he started communicating more than before. A big shoutout to Pre-K2 teachers and kitchen staff who have been very helpful in bringing this big change in our child's life
