Amazing effort by entire staff in helping our child develop necessary daily skills and keeping him occupied with productive activities all day that help him learn different skills in different aspects. We have seen a vast improvement in his social behavior - he started communicating more than before. A big shoutout to Pre-K2 teachers and kitchen staff who have been very helpful in bringing this big change in our child's life

We had tried another daycare before finding Primrose School in Carol Stream and are SO happy we did! Everything about this place is amazing. Teacher to child ratio is great and other staff will float around and help in rooms as needed. The kids do so many fun activities and get to go outside daily (weather pending). The staff is absolutely phenomenal. I could walk in at any time and get an update on my kid in passing in the hallway from anyone not just her teachers - the staff at the front, the sweet ladies who prepare all meals, the director, the owner, everyone makes it a point to know what’s happening in each classroom and it is such a comforting feeling to know my daughter is so well looked after. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Each and every staff member, yes is there to help educate/take care of our kids but man do they go above and beyond and truly care for and love these kids. The director (Ms. Waltz) is the warmest, kindest woman you’ll meet. She knows everything about the kids/parents/grandparents who come for pickup once in a while. 10/10 she is amazing!! Ms. Slaughter, Ms. Santiago, Ms. Lorenz (all front office staff) make it a point to make their rounds each day and it makes an impact. My daughter LOVES seeing all of them and they are such a kind, wonderful, powerhouse of a team. The work they put into every detail in the school is amazing. The front office is decorated to each upcoming holiday, they plan fun events for the kids and families, they know when each child has a birthday, they just go above and beyond and we appreciate everything they do. We have watched my daughter grow and learn so much during her short time here and are excited to see what the future holds for her! If you’re considering a daycare, setup an appointment with Primrose Carol Stream - you won’t regret it 😊

Overall, I think Primrose is a great place. My son truly loves his teachers and the atmosphere it provides. Compared to a previous place my son attended he is more engaged and challenged at Primose. I love all the activities and small events that take place in the school and daily updates.
