We have 2 kids at Primrose Castle Hills and really love their teachers (ms Casaus and ms Saha). Our girls are so well taken care of and are growing and learning so much. We love seeing the new things they are learning and how they are making friends. We also really appreciate the staff and chef. They all work well together and are always willing to help.

We have had such an outstanding experience with every class and every teacher. We’ve so far gone through Infant 1, Infant 2, and now Toddlers. Every teacher has cared for our son so kindly and he has progressed so far with thanks to them! On top of their kindness, the administration staff has also taken so much care for our son. We would highly recommend Primrose of Castle Hills!

We have had 2 of our grandchildren in Primrose Castle Hills now. The education is beyond anything we could have envisioned! So professional, structured and tailored to loving each child into being their best in every way. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the school, its amazing staff and the education provided.

I absolutely love Primrose School of Castle Hills! Seeing my son’s progress and hearing him come home every day with new words and sentences truly amazes me. I’m incredibly grateful to all the teachers and the entire team—they are always so prompt, caring, and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this school without a second thought!

The management, owners, and teachers are always welcoming! The communication I receive each day as a parent about my child and any school events are amazing. This school really shows they care and is a place I trust and know that my child is safe, feels heard, loved, and cared for. You’ll truly find that Primrose School of Castle Hills is the best and will help your child flourish in their education, social development, and emotional development.

We also recommend Primrose to our friends with littles! We have had 2 families now enroll! We love the attention to detail everyone from Admin staff to teacher aids and even the chef provide. We enjoy all of the daily updates, the menus and how much our daughter is learning. Our second daughter is now enrolled as well.

So far, we have had such an amazing experience with Primrose. Our son has been through the Infant 1 and Infant 2 classrooms, and every teacher who has cared for him has been kind, thoughtful, and has each been completely integral to his growth. On top of his excellent care in the classroom, we have always felt cared for and acknowledged by the administrative staff. They have also been helpful and kind. I would absolutely recommend Primrose and specifically the Castle Hills location to anyone I know!

I cannot speak highly enough of the front desk/administration team and the teachers we’ve had. It truly feels like I’ve expanded my village with how much everyone cares for my son. I trust them completely—which is not easy for me—and that says everything.

We love the leadership team as well as the teachers. My daughter is learning so much and constantly growing. The school offers great communication with the parents so we are always on the same page. My daughter seems to like the activities and curriculum offered.

We have two children enrolled and have had an overall wonderful experience. In particular, we have been so grateful for Ms. Casaus in the infant room. She's so engaged with the babies and shows up everyday with a clear enthusiasm and passion for her work.

My grandchildren have (and one still is) attending Primrose School. I can't tell you how AMAZING the Castle Hills school is! The staff is excellent and our grandchildren have been provided an early childhood education that is beyond compare. We feel great about our grandchildren's' future due to their start at Castle Hills Primrose!

Nice, friendly people. Good teachers and caretakers who really seem to connect with our kid. They keep our kid entertained with fun, educational games and creative activities. We get regular and satisfactory updates on the app. The work culture and vibe seem pleasant. Our kid has started to enjoy spending time there, too. I really appreciate all their efforts in creating a safe, fun, and great environment for the kids.
