The teachers and admins stick around! We’ve been at other locations that had heavy turnaround and it made it hard for my kids to be comfortable. Everyone is respectful, helpful and kind.

The teachers are warm and the preschool is well organized. You can feel that each teacher is dedicated to their role and always tries to be kind and caring. However, teachers seem to be replaced quite frequently for various reasons, and there have been several occasions when a substitute teacher was in charge of my child’s class instead of the original teacher. That part is a bit disappointing, but overall, I’m satisfied with the school.

The school is so warm and inviting. I also love the random giveaways for the kiddos left at the front desk to show appreciation for the primrose families. The director is amazing. She listens and is always so accommodating.

The Primrose Team at CP West are all so passionate about their roles. They are committed to the students and it shows. I like the lack of turnover and consistency at the school. Communication is clear and they’re all very supportive.

Mrs. Mongo is very supportive and easy to communicate with. Mrs. Lemus is an excellent teacher. She has high expectations for the children but is also very warm and nurturing. My son learned so much this year and was so sad to leave at the end.

It's an extremely well run school - organized, warm, and caring. All of the staff and teachers have been wonderful. There are lots of fun traditions and surprises that keep things interesting for kids and families.

We absolutely love Primrose School! The staff and teachers have been incredible! So kind, caring, and attentive to our son’s needs. It’s such a comforting feeling to know our little one is in such good hands every day. The teachers are not only nurturing but also truly invested in the kids’ growth and development. We’ve seen so much progress and happiness in our child since starting here. The whole environment feels like an extension of our family, and we’re so grateful to be part of this wonderful community!
