We've had an excellent experience at Primrose! The teachers care deeply for our kids and we always feel like we're always part of the team. They are always in communication with us and we know our kids are having so much fun every day! They love to go and love their teachers and we love to see them happy!

Everything seems streamlined and runs well! Communication with teachers and administrators has been proactive, informative, and professional. We feel we have all information about how our daughter has been doing, and what to expect going forward. The facilities are very nice, we have full confidence in the staff, and most importantly our daughter looks forward to going to school again!

We absolutely love this school! My son has been attending since he was just 2 years old, and from day one, we’ve only ever felt welcomed, loved, and genuinely cared for. I’ll never forget one particular morning shortly after we started at Primrose of Centerville—drop-off had been especially tough, and I left in tears. Kristine Shinkle actually followed me out to the parking lot just to give me a hug and make sure I was okay. That moment meant so much, and it perfectly reflects the level of care and attention everyone at Primrose gives. I truly believe our son is thriving because of the incredible teachers here. If he could stay at Primrose through his elementary years, we wouldn’t hesitate for a second. I recommend Primrose of Centerville to every friend and family member I know!
