We are so fortunate to have found Primrose Schools, after a very devastating childcare experience at another facility, Ms. Best and the staff were devoted to making my daughters experience excellent. My girls were 9 months and 3 years old when they started at Primrose of Briar Chapel Hill and they absolutely love it. My 3 year old frequently asks on the weekends to go to school. I can't say enough good things about this school. They encourage inquisition, curiosity, independance and personality. They treat every child like their own, embracing every child's unique aspects. My girls love going here and I would recommend Primrose schools to anyone looking for childcare.

So far in my experience, all the staff have been phenomenal. Our child has now been in 3 different level classrooms and every single teacher she has liked. I believe the curriculum is very thought-out and appropriate for the students. My children love school. I think that speaks for itself. Also, administration communication is always a 10 out of 10.

The administration communicates everything clearly and on time. They're fantastic, friendly, and professional. They're also diligent with follow-up on anything you bring to them. The school is ALWAYS clean, the teachers and staff are engaging, and my son has been happy being there. I feel comfortable with their teaching and care for the kids in the classrooms, and can see the teachers really connecting with the kids.

The friendly "good morning" makes all the difference for me when dropping off my child, along with the friendly "have a great evening" at the end of the day. I cannot overstate the importance of the front desk staff and the smiles they provide.

All the staff does a really good job of remembering names and connections, and remembering specific instructions for our child when they are needed. They’re also very friendly to her and treat her the way we would want her to be treated.

The constant communication and meal/potty time/nap updates about my children. As well and pictures of their activities or playtime during the day. I also love how all the teachers and administrators are so friendly and remember our names — it’s a very caring and kind environment - a place where I know my children are safe while I work.
