Primrose Downtown was the best choice for my children's education and care. The teachers are the best I've been able to experience as a parent and I will miss them when my youngest leaves to start kindergarten. As a parent, you want to see your child cared for by those they spend the day with and at Primrose Downtown, my children were received by teachers who deeply cared for their students.

I love the strong focus on not just childcare, but education and social + emotional development. Our child has thrived at every stage from infant care with Mrs. Hubbard to the pre-school team of Ms Moon + Ms Bland, and everyone in between. Primrose Downtown is a place I will always recommend to anyone seeking childcare or Pre-School

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Primrose School of Downtown Columbus. This was our family’s very first childcare experience after moving to Columbus in January 2026, so naturally we were nervous about the transition. From day one, the teachers have been absolutely fantastic - caring, patient, communicative, and genuinely invested in the children. The director and admin staff are also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It truly feels like everyone there cares not only about the kids, but about supporting the families as well. We are so grateful to have found such a warm and loving environment for our son. Highly recommend!

Both of my children have attended Primrose and we could not be happier with the school. The curriculum is excellent and the teachers truly care about the children they teach. My son will begin kindergarten next year and he is beyond prepared for it because of his experience at Primrose.

We love the teachers and the staff. The little details our daughter tells us about her day and how the teachers care for her and her friends make all the difference. She is happy at primrose and if she is happy we are happy too 🥰

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about our son and his development and growth. Every class our son advances to, we are able to see the growth. It’s amazing and appreciated! We wouldn’t choose anywhere else to send our son.

Our son has gone there since he is six months old and he is now 2 1/2. Every teacher we have had has been so kind and caring and truly made us feel comfortable. They show special interest in our child and truly make the effort to get to know and understand what helps him to thrive and be successful every day. Their communication is phenomenal, and I truly cannot think of one negative thing to say.

Our daughter absolutely LOVES Primrose School of Columbus Downtown and so do we! She adores her teachers, the caring staff, and her friends. We feel confident knowing she is well taken care of, and that makes all the difference. The school is truly centered on the best interests of the children. They get to play, learn, explore, and enjoy every activity in a safe and nurturing environment. We wholeheartedly recommend Primrose to any family looking for a place where children can thrive.

It’s a great school! My wife and I enjoy the daily photos of our child and receiving art projects done in class. We tried other daycare services, and Primrose cared the most about our child.
