Love the staff, you guys are doing a great job selecting talent. I do wish the children would receive filtration for the water consumed. At that age, studies have shown the amount of chemicals in tap water can have a significant impact on development. Additionally, the quality of food is concerning at times. Less preservatives and more Whole Foods would be preferred. This would be a significant upgrade to the facilities and put primrose on par with cost.

I love Primrose Downtown! I can’t imagine a better place for my son to be. He’s been going there since 3 months old when I had to go back to work and now he’s almost 2 and thriving. He has so much fun everyday. Every teacher and staff knows his name and genuinely care about him, and all the other littles. Communication is great. I have no concerns. I hope they never change :)

We love the downtown convience, as we work and live downtown. We love Mrs. Hubbard, she is great with our baby and keeping us updated. The teachers are great at reading books to the kids and doing crafts.

I love this location (Downtown) specifically for the support of the team. I have experienced other Primrose locations and the attention to the curriculum, organization of the classes and schedule, and overall attitude of the teachers and support staff at Primrose Downtown makes me confident to bring my son to school every day. No one likes to be away from their child for such extended periods, but I fully believe that the teachers are adding to my son's education base in ways that I cannot and are setting him up to learn well and be kind, outgoing, and attentive as he moves through life.

Primrose has made my transition back to work so helpful. They are very compassionate, understanding, and communicative. They encourage me to ask questions and have open communication so that the staff can be on the same page as me when it comes to my daughter's care. They listen to me when I have a question and are actionable to course correct when something doesnt go how I'd like. My daughter adores her teachers and it gives me so much peace of mind that she is enjoying her days at Primrose.

Primrose downtown is an excellent child care institution. The care and attention to detail my children receive here are so appreciated. My son is potty training and he has gotten so much better with going to the potty and eliminating accidents since attending this school. The staff is always available to answer any questions and never make you feel like you are bothering anyone.

We love, Primrose ! It has been such a great experience overall, and our son has thrived there. So many of the teachers are so warm and kind. Taking your child to daycare can be so emotionally challenging but Primrose made that transition and step so easy and seamless for our family.

We love Primrose! My child is 2 and has been going since she was a few months old. She adores all of her teachers and friends, has excelled developmentally and is extremely social. I know is is safe, loved, and learning every day at Primrose.

Our family absolutely loves Primrose! Our child, who is now almost 2 years old, has been attending since they were just 4 months old, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The combination of a thoughtfully designed curriculum and the genuine love and care from the teachers has had an incredibly positive impact on our child's growth and development. It’s heartwarming to see how much they enjoy going to 'school' each day, excited to see their teachers and friends. We are so grateful to be part of such a nurturing and supportive community!

Really enjoyed watching our little one grow step by step. Really appreciate the separation between ages and development at each stage of the early years. Some nurseries just place all kids 0-18 months in one room and that would concern me. Staff is always so welcoming

Everyone at Primrose Downtown goes out of the way to love, support, protect, and education my son. This school feels more like I am sending my son to go hang out with his aunts + uncles + cousins, rather than him going to daycare. The entire staff always makes us feel welcome and like we are a part of the community, and given the fact that we are up in Columbus with NO relatives, it feels nice to know that my son has his school family to love on him while his dad + I work during the day. Everyone at Primrose Downtown Columbus is terrific. The care teachers and staff exhibit for the kids is obvious. Our daughter (age 2) has been attending nearly her whole life and loves it and is clearly flourishing, learning, and enjoying herself. Great experience all the way around!
