This school has been a blessing for our family. From the initial meeting they were honest, kind and understanding. I was shocked by the amount of support staff (outside of the classroom teachers) that exists at the school but cannot stress how important they are to fostering a level of professionalism and preparedness that doesn't exist in the over 3 other preschools we've used in the local area in the past 5 years. Our daughter has made valuable connections with teachers, friends, and parts of our community through being at this school and as a mother I couldn't have asked for a better place or people to care for and educate her in Pre-K.

The school is very well staffed and management is local and visibly present all the time. The teachers are all wonderful with children and I feel that my children are very well taken care of while I’m at work.

We have had such an amazing experience with Primrose School of Cool Springs! The communication is clear and precise. They do fun things every month to get the parents involved which we love. The teachers are wonderful and I can clearly tell they are trained and love what they do! 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful staff and amazing teachers who truly love children. It’s always a pleasure to be in such a friendly and supportive environment. My son attended two different locations, and both were excellent. He looks forward to going to school every day. He’s currently in Primrose Kindergarten and absolutely adores his teacher, Ms. Shanice. Highly recommend!

Primrose has been our village while raising our 2 babies. We are thankful for the amazing staff and supportive leadership team. The curriculum is a perfect balance of structure and play in which both of our children are excelling in.

We have been at Primrose since my oldest was 8 weeks old. We have had such a wonderful experience. The staff is knowledgeable in their fields and have taught my babies so much. My oldest is a master of sign language because of them. The management team goes above and beyond to ensure your child is safe and taken care of. We love Primrose School of Cool Springs!!!

The Team at Primrose goes above and beyond to ensure a friendly atmosphere for both students and parents. I appreciate the work the teachers put in to cultivate and foster the young minds they are responsible for, and the Management team for upholding the principles that Primrose represents.
