We absolutely love Primrose School of Cool Springs! Both of my kids attend, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond every day. The management team is wonderful and always makes us feel supported and valued. It’s such a relief knowing our kids are in a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. We’re so grateful to be part of the Primrose family!

The owner and the executive director make sure they are involved and they are very informative. The teachers clearly love what they do and love the students. This school has been a blessing for our family. From the initial meeting they were honest, kind and understanding. I was shocked by the amount of support staff (outside of the classroom teachers) that exists at the school but cannot stress how important they are to fostering a level of professionalism and preparedness that doesn't exist in the over 3 other preschools we've used in the local area in the past 5 years. Our daughter has made valuable connections with teachers, friends, and parts of our community through being at this school and as a mother I couldn't have asked for a better place or people to care for and educate her in Pre-K.

The school is very well staffed and management is local and visibly present all the time. The teachers are all wonderful with children and I feel that my children are very well taken care of while I’m at work.

We have had such an amazing experience with Primrose School of Cool Springs! The communication is clear and precise. They do fun things every month to get the parents involved which we love. The teachers are wonderful and I can clearly tell they are trained and love what they do! 10/10 recommend!
