The cleanliness stand out the most! There are noticeably less sick kids than our previous daycare experience. They do a great job washing hands every day! Friendly staff! My kids come home happy and are telling us things they learned every day. Their teachers really connect with them!

We've been at Primrose for nearly 1.5 years now and they continue to impress us. The teachers are caring, creative, and truly invested in the success of the kiddos. The leadership staff is always available when we have questions or concerns or just want to chat. We've had the pleasure of Ms. Richardson and Ms. Johnson being the lead teachers for our kiddos most recently and they both have been incredible. Our kids love them and we as parents feel like our kids are actually learning something at daycare - not just being babysat. It's clear that there is a plan for each day and that the teachers are excited about what they are doing.

Primrose is a grat pre school. The teachers are patient, creative, and deeply caring. Our child comes home every day excited to share what they learned and made. The facility is clean, safe, and full of engaging activities. We feel so lucky to be part of this wonderful community

The staff is amazing. It’s not just a daycare, it’s a school. Too many things list. This positive feedback is not permission to raise your prices. They are already way high enough.

My kiddos are well taken care off - socially, physically, emotionally, educationally. The teachers and staff are always available to talk about any concerns and whether they are valid or not, I always feel heard. I never worry about the safety of my children and the care they receive.

We have had a wonderful experience at Primrose School. The teachers are caring, attentive, and truly invested in Lydia’s growth both academically and socially. She loves going to school each day and has built great friendships. We appreciate the structured curriculum, strong communication from staff, and the safe, nurturing environment. Copley Fairlawn Primrose has very caring and thoughtful staff! Our little one loves his teachers and has so much fun there. We love our daily updates in the app. Also, they keep the building very clean, which we love.
