Primrose is a grat pre school. The teachers are patient, creative, and deeply caring. Our child comes home every day excited to share what they learned and made. The facility is clean, safe, and full of engaging activities. We feel so lucky to be part of this wonderful community

My kiddos are well taken care off - socially, physically, emotionally, educationally. The teachers and staff are always available to talk about any concerns and whether they are valid or not, I always feel heard. I never worry about the safety of my children and the care they receive.

We have had a wonderful experience at Primrose School. The teachers are caring, attentive, and truly invested in Lydia’s growth both academically and socially. She loves going to school each day and has built great friendships. We appreciate the structured curriculum, strong communication from staff, and the safe, nurturing environment. It’s clear the team genuinely cares about the children and their development. We couldn’t be happier with her experience!

Copley Fairlawn Primrose has very caring and thoughtful staff! Our little one loves his teachers and has so much fun there. We love our daily updates in the app. Also, they keep the building very clean, which we love.

The staff is wonderful, from the directors to classroom helpers. I feel like I am leaving my daughter in good hands where she is happy and well taken care of. They are great with communication - quick to respond and happy to answer any and all questions. The school also always seems incredibly clean!

The entire staff made our kid feel happy. Everyone cared about him. When he had trouble with transitioning to daycare, a greeting from Ms. Rodgers or Mr. Davidson would turn a tantrum into joy. And Ms. Richardson helped him grow and learn new skills when he wouldn't listen to us. We hated having to take a break from the school but it's the only thing that made financial sense once school started.
