We are having a wonderful experience with Primrose School at Coppell. The teachers and staffs are caring, attentive, and truly invested in the children’s growth and happiness. Our child has not only learned academically, but has also grown socially and emotionally in a very positive environment. We really appreciate how clean, safe, and well-organized the school is. Communication from the teachers and administration has been very helpful, and we always feel informed about our child’s daily activities and progress. What stands out the most is the love and patience the staff show every day. It gives us peace of mind knowing our child is in such a nurturing and supportive place. We are grateful to be part of the Primrose family and would definitely recommend this school to other parents.

As both a teacher at Primrose School and a mom, I can honestly say this is an incredible place for children and families. I see firsthand the care, dedication, and professionalism that goes into everything we do each day, and I also get to experience that same level of care for my own child. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, the environment is safe and nurturing, and the teachers truly love what they do. Knowing my child is learning, growing, and being cared for by people I trust completely gives me so much peace of mind. I’m proud to be part of the Primrose family both as an educator and a parent, and I highly recommend Primrose to any family looking for a high-quality, loving early education experience.

We love Primrose and the care and education that our son receives there. The staff is phenomenal. Ms. Patricia and Ms. Bianca are patient and kind. All of the teachers he has had through his transitions have demonstrated the same traits.

Compared to other daycares we have worked with and toured, the school is extremely clean and tidy. Between the maintenance cleaning, toy sanitation, and hand washing practices, my daughter has been significantly healthier at Primrose Coppell. The premises are also exceptional - classrooms are ample size, well stocked, and organized. Part of what adds to the simplicity of the classrooms is that everything is provided - including backpacks. The playgrounds are also wonderfully maintained with sun shades and age-appropriate equipment. Finally, the curriculum is much more intentional than previous schools attended, and I can see the development at home.

The friendliness of the staff was always something my son looked forward to each day. He loved giving hugs to everyone each day when he arrived and left. The amount of things the school did for the parents was amazing. We truly felt cared about by the staff.

I love how kind all the teachers and staff are. They each take a moment to say hello to the parents and the kids (by name) every morning. We also very much appreciate the time and attention taken to each child. We understand it is difficult to tend to all their needs all the time with so many kids, but you can tell that the children feel safe, loved, and happy. That is the goal for any parent who has to place their child in daycare.

I like the that my child has exposure to art, music, and friends through the curriculums at Primrose. I also like that my child has outdoor play time during the day.
