All the staff is just amazing! They make you feel so welcome and know your kids and you by name. Once you walk into the school, you are always greeted by the front staff. Ms. Darla is absolutely amazing and her assistant Ms. Madelyn was fantastic too! This was our first daycare experience, and Ms. Darla and Ms. Madelyn made our experience so seamless and we were so happy to have had them! Could not have asked for a better daycare experience!! Amazing all around!!

Primrose has been such a blessing for our family! The level of care and compassion they show is incredible. It's been such a joy to see what my child learns every day, and to witness the friendships he has formed. We could not ask for a better start to his education!!

We have had an amazing experience at Primrose Crystal Falls. Director Brandy Tindall is truly exceptional and does an outstanding job creating a welcoming, caring, and professional environment for both children and families. The teachers are incredible, attentive, nurturing, and genuinely invested in each child's growth and success. Our class was lead by Mrs. Saconne, who is truly an outstanding teacher. Her knowledge, patience, and ability to connect with children are remarkable. My dynamite kiddo definitely keeps everyone on their toes, but Mrs. Saconne found a way to bring her back "into the box" while still encouraging her unique personality and strengths. Her positive impact has been incredible, and we are so grateful for the care, guidance, and support she provides. We highly recommend Primrose School to any family looking for a safe, supportive, and high-quality educational environment.

We love primrose school, it immediately felt homey, the teachers are kind and caring. Our child has learned so much during her time there, and gained social and emotional skills as well. Also the fact that they provide lunch and snacks is huge!

I cannot say enough good things about Primrose and the staff that work there. One of my child has sensory challenges and he has been loved and supported every step of the way. My other child has severe food allergies and keen attention has been paid to ensure her safety. I always receive timely notices when the staff needs something for the children. The staff are so loving and caring and go out of their way to make sure my children feel loved and welcomed. My daughter always asks when I pick her up if she can go say hi and hug previous teachers she has had. The school and staff are truly a treasure and what better gift could you give to a parent than them? Thank you for the opportunity to share.

Teachers and leadership make the experience for my children a want to be there type of mood. I have two children going there now and everyday they are excited to go to school. I can see the progression in my children each month. The teachers are very helpful in knowing what I can do at home to keep up with what they are doing in the classrooms. I appreciate the honest communication about my children.
