From the front desk to the classroom, the environment is so welcoming and engaging. I love all the billboards and reminders of the many events they do for the children. My son is very hyper active but his teachers do so well with calming him and keeping him engaged.
Everyday he is excited to show the management team and teachers what got or tell them what he did and they always make him feel so loved. This school is top tier and you can tell everyone loves what they do.
Primrose has been very helpful with my youngest child who has had several learning disabilities as well as issues with interpersonal communication. They faculty have always been very communicative with regards to when he has good days and bad days. They have also learned what triggers his negative responses as well as how to calm him down when he is worked up.
My children love going to school as a kid growing up I always hated going to school so to hear and see that my children love it that tells me the school is doing something right. Everything is written and very straightforward when it comes to the rules with the school so no hidden fees. Whenever I have had questions there has been answers if not at that moment but later on I will get the answer to my question.
We love Ms. Bernal she has been great with our kid, also everybody is so gentle, also we have been seeing a great improvement in a lot of skills in our son
I truly can't say enough positive things about Primrose School of Crystal Falls! The staff there make you feel like family. I love starting my day off at Primrose - from the moment you walk in the doors, you and your child are greeted by name. The teachers really care about each child, and take the time to get to know your child and family personally. I know my child is well cared for, in a safe and clean school. During the day, they are stimulated with educational and age-appropriate activities. The teachers are also excellent at communicating with parents, with updates throughout the day of how my child is doing.
Primrose is a well-oiled machine with amazing teachers and staff. The curriculum, the meals, the classrooms - all excellent! I would highly recommend this school to anyone with preschool-aged children.
Primrose of Crystal Falls is by far the best daycare we’ve been with. Over the last few years we’ve lived in multiple states and can confidently say that. We initially started at another competitor down the street that also starts with a P and it was a nightmare.
The staff at Primose are all experienced, loyal, great with our kids and the school is always doing special activities keeping the kids engaged. Not to mention the place is spotless.
10/10 would recommend Primrose School of Crystal Falls! All of the teachers are so loving and caring for my kiddo. Will be enrolling my second child here soon!
The entire staff at Primrose Crystal Falls is amazing! Everyone takes the time to get to know every child and every parent on a personal level making the overall experience very comfortable and inclusive.

Primrose has been our third daycare for our child. It really has proven the "third time's the charm" saying! NIGHT and DAY experience to what we had before!! The teachers have all been so incredibly caring and attentive. It is such a relief to know that your child is so well cared for! My child LOVES his class and teachers!! Thank you Primrose!!
The staff - teachers and administrators - are among the best we have encountered. Our third and youngest child is currently attending Primrose. Couldn't be happier with the experience. The school is clean, the staff is prepared. They see and know my child and his classmates. HIs development in the time he has been at Primrose has been tremendous. They seem to focus on whole development, academic (at their ability), but emotional in equal measure. Would highly recommend to anyone exploring Primrose.
Taking good cares of my kid with experienced teachers. It only took couple days for my kid to get used to the new class and she loves the teachers and all her friends. - Christine Chang
