We love the staff, the curriculum, the relationships built and the overall feeling it gave to our daughter.
This place taught my daughter how to empower herself.
It gave her confidence and allowed her to grow her social skills as an only child.
No matter how many children walk in and out of the building, both leadership and the other employees know my kid by name and make us feel like family. They are great at communicating, and I feel confident that my child is in good hands when I drop my child off.
They care about the kids and their safety. All the teachers are kind and warm. They give importance to teaching the kids new things and always engage in educational activities
Positive Feedback:
Everything is good overall. During summer, the kids get to play outside in a dedicated backyard for my son’s class, which is the part we like the most.
Areas for Improvement:
In the evenings, the teachers don’t seem to be attentive enough. Whenever we pick up our son, his nose is often not wiped properly, and he usually has a runny nose. He eats his 5 PM snack in that condition, which is concerning. Additionally, the daily report does not mention whether he had his 5 PM snack or not. This makes it difficult for us to know if we should offer him a snack at home.
Bailey ABSOLUTLEY LOVES going here! She loves all of her teachers and friends that she has met and has learned so much in the year that she has been a part of this preschool. Thank you all so much.
Since we are the grandparents our personal interaction has been only on special events. BUT, your portal REALLY provides us with a daily connection and we feel like we are totally involved. This info AND the pictures are so special. Your staff does an amazing job with thr children. Oliver just loves it! Thanks so much.
The quality I love most about Primrose is the amazing relationships the staff has with all the children. You can tell that all the children feel so comfortable and loved while they’re there.
