The teachers at Primrose remember and greet our child by name from the moment they step into the school. I believe this helps ease our child’s anxiety about going to school. Not only the teachers in our child’s classroom, but also those from other classes and the leadership staff all play a role in caring for the children.

Our daughter has had the most wonderful experience at Primrose Cupertino. Our family is moving and that’s the reason we will have to remove her from the program. The teachers are compassionate, caring, thoughtful, and dedicated. Upon entry, the staff at the front desk are friendly and start the day off to a warm welcome. Our daughter is in the older infant class, and had Ms. Susann and Ms. Betsy for teachers. They were WONDERFUL! They updated my husband and me about our daughter’s progress, and status constantly. It made me feel like my daughter was truly taken care of. Monica, the director was involved and makes the school feel so welcoming, greeting all of the students by name. We are truly devastated to leave the school here because we have had the most POSITIVE experience. Thank you for your great team!! We will miss you!

The best part about Primrose School in Cupertino is the teachers! I can feel every day that the main and supporting teachers genuinely care about the children and love taking care of them. They wholeheartedly care about their growth and development. Additionally, the leadership team actively listens to parents’ concerns and reflects their voices in the school program. They also regularly update parents on what happens in school through the Primose app. The curriculum is also well-defined and organized, making it easy for my child to learn and enjoy her classes. She’s excited to show her work at home and explain what she did and liked in school. Overall, I’m completely satisfied with Primrose School in Cupertino!

Ms Hannah, Ms Daniella, Ms Alina and Ms Claudia are the absolute best teachers. They pour into our child and their impact is displayed in the progress our child shows both emotionally and mentally.

Honestly, for us, there were a few hiccups in the beginning. But once I provided some feedback, the teachers and the management really turned it around for us! My daughter loves her teachers. She is slowly finding her bearings and become more and more confident everyday.

Our family has been very happy with Primrose School of Cupertino! The school provides balanced, healthy meals, which my child genuinely enjoys, making mealtime something we never have to worry about. All of their activities are fantastic. They truly celebrate multiculturalism, allowing children to learn about different traditions and cultures, which creates a rich, inclusive environment. The school also organizes frequent fun events for families, giving us the chance to connect with teachers and other parents. It’s such a warm, engaging experience that really strengthens the sense of community. Another huge plus has been the support they offer, whether it's potty training or other social and emotional needs. The teachers are incredibly patient and consistent, working closely with both kids and parents to ensure smooth transitions in every phase of development. We truly appreciate their whole staff and are so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for our child to learn, grow, and thrive!

We are absolutely thrilled with the care and attention our child receives at Primrose. The teachers in the toddler class are incredibly compassionate, loving, and kind. It's heartwarming to see how much they genuinely care for the children. Our son has grown to adore his daycare experience so much that he eagerly waits every morning to go. Watching him walk in with a big smile and excitement reassures us that we’ve made the right choice. He even misses daycare on the weekends, which speaks volumes about the positive environment the teachers create. We are so grateful for the wonderful team at Primrose [Ms Jenny, Ms Natalie, Ms Erika] for making it such a nurturing and fun place for our little one. Highly recommend!

The school respect the kids’ individuality by giving them a lot of freedom to choose what they like to do. And there are many activities and toys for kids to explore. It’s always nice to see the happy kids and happy teachers.

The infrastructure is new, the teachers are very loving. There are constant activities and wvents at school that shows the enthusiasm of staff. Our daughter loves it!

The staff is very helpful and attentative. They truly care for the kids. The information we get everyday about our children via the Procare app is outstanding. The facility is clean and always a pleasure to visit.
