I wanted to take a moment to thank you all for the amazing care you provide for my son, Saxton. After being home with him for the first 2.5 years of his life, I was incredibly anxious about how he would handle the transition to daycare. I worried about separation anxiety and whether he would feel safe and loved in a new environment. The truth is, my worries were completely unnecessary. From his very first day, your team has been so warm and welcoming. The way you "love on" and encourage him has made all the difference. He now runs into the classroom without a single backward glance, and seeing how happy he is makes my heart so full. I am so grateful for your dedication and the wonderful, nurturing environment you've created. You've made this huge milestone so much easier for us, and I can't thank you enough for the peace of mind you've given me.

They make us feel like family! All the communication and daily updates are amazing. I love all the theme days and events too. We love the curriculum and our daughter loves going everyday! You can tell they love what they do.

Everyone here at Primrose School is invested in the growth, well being, and happiness of my child. As new parents it was hard to leave our tiny baby with strangers, but the staff quickly made us feel like family. This was the best choice for us, and our son is thriving!

We love the staff, from leadership to teachers and kitchen staff. The place is super clean and well maintained. We like how close it is from downtown (which makes it close from almost everywhere, since it’s in the center of Dallas). My son is well taken care of and he hit so many of his milestones while we start sending him to Primrose Kessler Park, he also made so many friends :) we love this daycare.

We have loved our experience with Primrose. At other daycares it felt like the staff was always changing and you never knew who would be in your classroom but my daughter has had consistent teachers throughout the entire year. When we leave at the end of the day she is so excited to say goodbye to everyone individually and every staff member, including the teachers and administrators not in her class say goodbye to her by name. We've noticed huge improvements our toddlers language and motor skills and love getting the daily updates to see what she's learning about and what activities she is participating in.

My daughter has truly blossomed since starting at Primrose. She’s come out of her shell, become more creative, and has opened up so much more—making new friends and learning more every day. It’s been a joy to watch her grow in confidence, curiosity, and connection.

Alyssa Holland, Director is amazing. Lots of learning and activities to keep the kiddos entertained and engaged: The staff is very kind & helpful, I do wish they could have more scheduled potty times but the location is great for parents who work downtown. Thank you Primrose!

As first-time parents, we are incredibly grateful for Primrose School of Dallas at Kessler Park. It’s more than just a safe and welcoming place for our daughter—it’s a space where she thrives, learns, and is genuinely loved. The staff is warm, fun, and attentive, easing our worries and making every day an exciting adventure for her. We love getting updates through the app, but what truly amazes us is the variety of enrichment activities and hands-on exploration she experiences daily. Seeing her joy and enthusiasm for school reassures us that she’s exactly where she’s meant to be!

The Primrose Kessler staff is so caring in their interactions with our daughter. Almost immediately after her first day, everyone seemed to know her name and always took the time to greet and check in on her. Her teachers care deeply about her development and wellbeing. She in turn seems so engaged and excited.

Our daughter wakes up every morning happy to go to daycare, that’s how we know we picked the right place. 🤗 As a parent it’s comforting knowing that she’s safe and that the staff truly cares for her! She’s also constantly exposed to so many different learning experiences on a daily basis. We love getting pictures of her reading or playing with her classmates. Everyone is always friendly and so accommodating, we would definitely recommend to other parents looking for childcare in the Dallas area!

The teachers and staff are really welcoming and kind. My son is always excited to go to class! The school’s communication is great! The app gives me updates throughout the day, including photos which I love. They also send emails with updates and special events. I would definitely recommend.
