Everyone really cares about my son and wants to make sure he feels comfortable and has the best day possible. His classroom teacher also communicates really well with us. Our son is a slow to warm up kiddo but he absolutely loves his teachers (especially Ms. Anna!!!!). The directors also always say hi to us and our son and know how he’s been doing. Overall, I feel like he is really well cared for and everyone wants the best for him. I always have a hard time leaving him, but he absolutely loves going to school so I feel great sending him there and would recommend Primrose to anybody!

The staff knows and cares for our baby and it always feels very personalized! They collectively go above and beyond and we’re grateful to have such a wonderful place for our baby, especially as first time parents.

Our time at Primrose has not been without a couple challenges, but I have found the staff and administration to be incredibly collaborative and supportive. Shaquille stepping in his director has been a game changer for the school. We have consistently felt heard and supported. The team that currently cares for Autumn kind and thoughtful. Everyone has been wonderful this school year, but Autumn especially lights up with Ms. Anna, Ms. Boshra, Ms. Tati, Ms. Bella, and Ms. Seeley.

We absolutely love our Primrose! Shaquille, Shantelle and Michael work so hard behind the scenes, and all of the teachers have been so amazing. Our kids have grown and learned so much here! Thank you for everything you all do!!

I love how diligent and structured the school is with all situations. Leadership and teachers tend to stay consistent, making the experience for our child great. While at another facility, leadership turnover was extremely high, and we weren’t understanding if the experience of our child was effective for them or not. Furthermore, teachers seem to keep in touch with their kids when they graduate into older rooms just to help with their transition, and it made things feel really smooth as our child progressed into her new classroom.

The level of listening, understanding, and care that has gone into supporting my son’s growth has been so meaningful, and he’s truly learning! Ms. Aja is doing a fantastic job with the curriculum. The recent shift in leadership has definitely been felt in a positive way, and Shaquille has been nothing short of amazing.
