We love Primrose! They are very dedicated to each student’s individual needs and tailored education plans, and they’re always looking for new ways to challenge kids to help build new skills. We can see the educational progress and results month over month, and feel good about kindergarten readiness for our child thanks to this school.

Everything so far has been great for the most part; however the turnover with teachers is a bit concerning and excessive compared to other daycare centers that my friends have reported.

I like that they personalize learning and move kids up when they’re ready for the next challenge/phase of learning rather than advancing by age group only. The staff members are very kind and attentive.

We have had a wonderful experience at Primrose School at Riverside. The teachers really care and the directors and executive leadership are really amazing. The issues we’ve had have been entirely appropriate child behavior-related, so I hesitate to even say they are issues, as they’d occur anywhere! Renee and Lindsay are the best ever, we hope they can continue running an amazing place and we hope the teachers can be taken care of so as to keep them there as long as possible! Everyone employed in the building deserves so much, they work very hard!! From the chef to the maintenance people to every teacher and director. We appreciate you and the care you provide for our child.

It’s obvious how much the staff at Primrose cares for my boy. We had to make the decision to abruptly take our infant out of another daycare after a short period of time last year, and we luckily found a spot at Primrose, taking a leap of faith that everything would work out there and we are lucky that it has. Every teacher he has had has shown him so much love and care and enjoys spending time with him as much as my husband and I do. Every class will have its incidents as toddlers are toddlers, but everything we’ve dealt with at Primrose has been handled professionally and hastily and the door to voice any concerns has always been open. We are extremely grateful for Primrose and hope the incredible staff can be treated and compensated in ways that will keep them able to care for our boy the way they do.
