It’s obvious how much the staff at Primrose cares for my boy. We had to make the decision to abruptly take our infant out of another daycare after a short period of time last year, and we luckily found a spot at Primrose, taking a leap of faith that everything would work out there and we are lucky that it has. Every teacher he has had has shown him so much love and care and enjoys spending time with him as much as my husband and I do. Every class will have its incidents as toddlers are toddlers, but everything we’ve dealt with at Primrose has been handled professionally and hastily and the door to voice any concerns has always been open. We are extremely grateful for Primrose and hope the incredible staff can be treated and compensated in ways that will keep them able to care for our boy the way they do.

They do everything extremely well from reading to crafts to just having fun on the playground. The only critique I have is the changeover in staff in some rooms has been a bit more than I would like to see. Keep in mind that is the industry now and it doesn’t appear out of control, just more than is ideal. Still, it doesn’t take away from the excellence experienced in every other area.
