We have absolutely loved the team, teachers, everything! The staff stability is huge. I feel like in each conversation they truly know my child. The impact on his confidence in the last year has been incredible. I would never go anywhere else after the experience we have had!

My experience at Primrose has been great the staff and the hospitality is unmatched for it to be a bigger center it’s structured and that’s what my son needs it has a great curriculum we love it here:)

The staff is so incredibly friendly and greets everyone by name. They all seem to genuinely enjoy what they do which was very important to me in choosing a school. My son has learned so much and he is VERY prepared for kindergarten. He gets a great balance of learning and crafts/free play time, so he really enjoys going there each day. He also recently had a birthday and at Primrose each birthday child gets to pick their cupcake frosting color and the chef bakes cupcakes for the birthday child's class - my son really loved that and felt extra special that day.

The teachers and staff at Primrose are excellent, take the time to get to know each child individually, and treat my children, my wife, and I with respect. We have had one child transition to kindergarten at a local public school, and the education he received at Primrose placed him well ahead of the average of the rest of the class. Team is transparent and reasonable regarding finances, as well. It is definitely a premium school, but worth every penny.

We are elated with the care our children receivve at Primrose. The staff are spectacular and many have been at the school for several years, which we have learned is rare in childcare. They are happy to see my children and my children are happy to see them. They remember things about our family and are genuinely interested in our lives. The space is welcoming - smells good, it's clean, it's decorated for all occassions - I feel comfortable and confident dropping my kids off each morning.

1. We love structured learning that the school provides. 2. The teachers are genuinely caring about each kid. I am surprised and impressed that even the director knows the names of all kids and greets them at the door. 3. The staff is very respectful and truly work qith parents to support the kids. I wish though that Primrose would offer more nutrition packed food. Cheez-it in the evenings could easily be replaced with a fresh fruit like apple slices. Eggs and oatmeal are healthy breakfast options. Kids are offered cereal and strawberries but I have observed a couple of times that there are barely 4-5 thin slices of strawberries i.e. not even half a strawberry is served to a child. I would almost reverse the ratio of cereals to berries. I also wish that Primrose would seek input from parents about foods offered.
