Primrose truly is our second family. All the teachers and staff communicate well back and forth with us and document necessary things to ensure our kids are safe and well. We enjoy seeing pictures of our kids in their classrooms and doing activities and special events.

I like the teachers and front office staff, they are friendly and professional. I think my child has learned a lot while here and enjoys coming to school. I think the school is clean and the classrooms go above and beyond in cleaning and sanitizing toy. My child is rarely sick here. I would like to suggest more email communication ahead of time. It would be helpful to receive the monthly calendar and menu by email. It would be helpful to get notices of events (such as the holiday parades, parent teacher conferences) ahead of time, versus the week of. The Procare app is very glitchy.

We have had both of our kids at Primrose since they were 3 months. They are now 6 and 3. The curriculum, staff, welcoming environment, and their value on growth for the kids emotionally, socially and academically has been phenomenal.

Our 4 younger kids have all been through Primrose’s early education program. Curriculum seems to be on point and ahead of other kids their age. Teachers are fantastic and communication is easy on the school’s app. They keep parents informed of meals, naps, incidents, etc. and have parent conferences at least once a year to go over learning progress. Classes are small so the teachers really get engaged with their kiddos.

It is a familiar place for my child, and they feel safe there, but I have noticed a lot of turn over in the explores group and I do no think the teachers understand how to work with young kids that are neurodivergent.

Our kids have loved their experience at Primrose. We’ve had four kiddos go through the infant to kindergarten program, and we feel very safe with them there. The teachers really do care about the kids and the curriculum helps prepare them for public school.
