The staff really cares, about the kids, about the families!

I love how welcoming and helpful everyone is, always ready to lend a hand. It means so much to see how my kids are learning and to receive photos of what they’ve done during the day. Even when I’m at work, it makes me feel like I’m still part of their day. We’re truly happy with Primrose!

All of the teachers we have interacted with have been very kind and welcoming to our daughter. Our daughter absolutely loves Ms. Kelly, and when she moved on to the next class, Ms. Shayla has been very patient with the transition. We really appreciate the support and love all of her teachers have provided. Also, I would like to call out Ms. Taylor and Ms. Allie for being so helpful with our transition into Primrose. Anytime I have raised a concern with them, they have handled it extremely professionally and quickly. We feel so safe and confident with our daughter spending her childhood with Primrose.

The school provides a fantastic variety of activities—my child especially enjoys the athletic classes and all the fun outdoor field trips. During summer, the water play events are a huge hit and something my child looks forward to every week.

We have been over the moon impressed with Primrose Allen for our daughter. We had previously had unsuccessful opportunities with two daycares for our daughter, and coming to Primrose has been magical. The staff is always friendly; they all know our daughter's name, and the teachers are remarkable, caring, and understanding. Our daughter had a rough transition, since we had just transitioned to a new school 18 days prior, when we were notified that the school was closing. Primrose and the staff have been so welcoming and caring with our daughter. The activities are great for the kiddos, the food is nutritious, and they provide a wide variety so the kids can taste all different levels of food. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Teachers, front desk, owners really listen to everything I said. They followed up now than any daycare/ school that I have seen in 14 years. The smallest comment in talking to the teacher was followed up even when I thought nothing of the comment I made. Kinder also has teachers who don't mind getting down with the kids. Let the fields play salon with them. Great leaders for the children.

We have absolutely loved Primrose of East Allen. Our daughter has been there since she was 3 months old and they have loved on her and nurtured her like their own. We feel confident and comfortable with her there each day. Even now at 9 months she loves going and seems happy every time we drop her off and pick her up. She has shown so much growth and development. We love the lessons and getting pictures and a little paragraph of what she learned each day. The communication from all staff is amazing. We feel welcomed and recognized by everyone each time we walk in the building. There is such a spirit of happiness and positivity at Primrose East Allen. We are so grateful for them and can't wait to continue to see our daughter grow.

Worked very well with our daughter who has issues with transitions - very patient with her. Also very accommodating to our family as we were in a lengthy commute during the Fall before we were able to officially move to Allen. Primrose has loved and cared for our family very well.

We absolutely love Primrose School of East Allen! It’s been the best experience for our family. The facility is incredibly clean, and the staff is so warm and loving. They create an environment where every child feels a sense of belonging, which is so important to us. The curriculum is well-rounded and academically geared, with activities that foster learning and development while still being fun and engaging. We especially love the arts and crafts projects—our child comes home with the cutest creations! Primrose School of East Allen also emphasizes health and safety, providing nutritious meals and snacks that we feel great about. As parents, we really appreciate the daily pictures and updates—they give us peace of mind and help us stay connected to our child’s day. Every member of the staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares for the kids. We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful school! Highly recommend it to any family looking for a clean, safe, and nurturing environment with an excellent program.

We feel so lucky to have our son attend Primrose of East Allen. The teachers and staff are caring, patient, and supportive. We also appreciate the importance that they place on building strong character, and we are grateful that they provide of a varied and healthy diet. We are also amazed every day by some new skill or lesson he’s learned. Ultimately, we know without a doubt that he is in great hands while he is at school and we know that he is happy to be there!
