We had an amazing experience with our daughter at Primrose. She went there when she was 3 and we have seen positive changes in her over the years. The teachers at each class have been super supportive and encouraging. My daughter looks forward to going there every morning.

Our entire family loved our time at Primrose, including my son who was excited to go to school every morning. All of the teachers and staff were great and we really felt like they cared about our son and his development. We also loved all of the "ancillary" programs, like water days in the summer (my son's absolute favorite), build a bear day, librarian visits, parents night out, etc. We feel confident that our son is prepared to enter his traditional pre-school program, in large part due to his development at Primrose. We won't hesitate to recommend Primrose to other parents looking for a high-quality educational program for their children.

The care that the entire staff shows for our children and the effort put into addressing issues and helping children grow and learn in a developmentally appropriate way gives me the comfort I need to know our kids are well taken care of all day. The wonderful chef and the fact that I don't have to pack a lunch/snack every day help too!

Teachers are very polite and friendly. They really teach things. Foods are yummy that’s what my kids said.

Primrose has truly become a second home for both me and my child. The teachers and staff feel more like family than just educators, and the relationships you build there are unlike anything I've experienced. There is a genuine sense of care, support, and community that makes every family feel valued. When you combine that incredible environment with the outstanding curriculum and educational experience Primrose provides, it makes Primrose simply unbeatable.

We have had such a great experience with this daycare. I really like everything about it, and the teachers have been wonderful. They truly work with you and make you feel comfortable as a parent, which means a lot. The only thing I wish they offered was a Spanish class or some type of language program. Kids are such sponges at this age, and I think it would be amazing for them to start learning another language early. In so many other countries, children grow up speaking more than one language, and I would love to see that opportunity offered here too. Overall, we are very happy and thankful for the care, support, and attention the teachers give every day.

My girls have learned so much, and love being with their friends and teachers at school!

Primrose School has been a great environment for my son’s development. The teachers and support staff genuinely care about the children and Primrose provides a lot of great programming that makes my son excited to go every day.

Teachers and curriculum were great. Communication from administration was great. Liked the app.

The teachers and staff are friendly, caring, and truly dedicated to the students. The building is clean and well-maintained, and the food is good. I especially appreciate how engaging the curriculum is—my children enjoy going to school and show a genuine interest in what they’re learning.

Love the teachers and staff - everyone is so kind and caring, they create a positive environment, and I know my child is well-cared for!

The teachers take care of kids. They also teaches kids.

We love the teachers in the infant 2 classroom! Our son has learned a lot from them this year, and we are excited to continue to watch him learn and grow!

I love the flexibility of drop off and pick up times.

Excellent communication

Primrose is Family. That’s the word. They look out for you and your children like no other. If you aren’t at Primrose, get there. What we pay for, we get. It’s the best decision I could’ve made for my family. Every teacher, every support staff, all leadership is amazing! Thank you to Primrose School of East Louisville. I always joke that they need to start an elementary.

I like that we are constantly updated on what the children are doing through throughout the day, what they are eating and what they are learning. I like how they incorporate learning into fun activities. Our daughter loves it there and our son did too.

Primrose east Louisville has been a wonderful experience. Both of my children have thrived here, have looked forward to going everyday, and have developed a love of learning. All the staff is so friendly and trustworthy and it’s very obvious they truly care of the children and helping them grow into the best versions of themselves. I love that most of the staff has been teaching here a long time and that both my kids (two years apart) were able to have a lot of the same teachers. I’ll be so sad when my daughter graduates in May because we are going to miss it so much!

Our daughter absolutely loves school! We’ve seen exceptional social and academic growth in her since she began attending. This is certainly a credit to her amazing teachers and the Primrose program in general. Everyone from staff to administrators to teachers has been so kind, welcoming, and professional. We are happy parents!

I like the kind teachers, and no screen time for the two year olds. I like that my two year old is painting, reading books with teachers, learning songs, and engaging in a variety of fun activities. like that the school is clean and the lunch and snacks are healthy and fresh.
