Excellent teachers with creative enriching lessons. We have loved that our son felt instantly safe and "at home" with his teachers and welcoming classmates (even after joining the school year late in the year). Teachers and staff are well educated, supported, and most are veterans to Primrose-- they clearly love their jobs and their workplace.

Our Daughter loves this place and specifically her teachers. Ms. Neutz and Ms. Reed. We were here to start and changed to the other location and she never connected with the teachers. Once she returned to this location she loved going to school again and was smiling again. I think the teachers at this location actually care about the kids as if they are their own. It isn't just a job to them. That matters. These little ones need hugs and to be told they are cared for not just checking a box.

Everyone always knows my son's name and greets him by name when he walks in. Staff is also always very willing to handle any needs around his food allergies or our parental preferences. This school has made a big difference for him.

Since the beginning, we have always had a very pleasant experience with PSEL. My granddaughter started there at 2, and has gone every summer for summer camp once she started the ‘big’ school. Unfortunately, this will be her last camp as she turns 8, and we will be very sad to go! The staff has been nothing but amazing- most of which have been there since we started 5 years ago and that in itself speaks volumes. Very grateful for PSEL.

We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and attention our toddler receives at Primrose. From the moment he walks in every morning, it's clear that he's comfortable and excited to be there. The teachers are nothing short of amazing, and we truly appreciate the way they foster his creativity and learning. His development has flourished in their care, and we love seeing his progress each day. The frequent photographs and updates give us peace of mind and help us stay connected to his day. Above all, we deeply value how Primrose has built his confidence and supported his socialization with peers. Primrose has been so amazing to me since I very first started over eight years ago working as a teacher. Eight years later and now that I’m a mother, I’m so very thankful for Primrose. I see things in such a different light. I would never have one in my child to go anywhere else although she is just an infant classroom. I’m so excited to see her growth throughout Primrose. The teachers, the staff even the owners are just 100% in and 100% amazing. I feel very blessed and lucky to be a part of Primrose School of East Louisville.
