Recently, there was an incident at school that the leadership team handled swiftly and professionally. Our family appreciates how attentive the Director (Christina) was and how “family first” she is. Our daughter has thrived at Primrose since she joined at four months old (she’s now four) — we’ve referred two family’s to Primrose (one came to this location and the other ended up ay one San Tan location).

The environment is always calm, even at pick up time. The staff members are all friendly and our son has learned so much. He comes home singing, telling us what he learned, and all about his friends. The curriculum is great and I love that we get daily updates on learning, events, and progress in the app.

I love that my daughter is greeted by name by every staff member that she interacts with every day that we are there. I'm talking about previous teachers, office staff, teachers that she hasn't yet had, and literally every Primrose staff member that my daughter walks by they all say hi to her by name. Any issues that we have had have been addressed and dealt with swiftly and professionally, and I genuinely love most of the staff. My daughter enjoys coming to school each day and is excited to tell me about what she is learning about and is eager to share her experiences. The app is fantastic and allows me to see the lessons her teachers are teaching as well as what milestones she is working towards. This is fantastic so I can ask specific questions about what she is working on, as well as provide support at home to meet those milestones. The app is also great because the pictures I get of my daughter alleviates so much stress and anxiety because the pictures are always of my daughter smiling, laughing, and playing - which is so helpful on the days that I worry my daughter is having a bad day because she woke up cranky, didn't sleep, etc. I love how my daughter's teachers work with her on her specific needs, and adapt their lessons to further challenge her or help her grasp a more difficult concept. It's clear the my daughters current teachers have a passion for teaching, and genuinely love the age group that they work with. My experience with the teachers that my daughter has had has been nothing short of phenomenal, and my daughter is thriving.

Primrose has loving staff, great curriculum, excellent systems, they are clean, and have a great app for communication. They do many events to connect with the community and Families. Our son has really thrived and developed kindness and curiosity. We love Primrose East Mesa!

I love how all of the staff greets my child by name and my daughter is thrilled to see all of them each day. She runs to her classroom and has the biggest smile on her face the whole time. She tells me about her day, and I absolutely LOVE the procare updates so I can see what lessons she was working on to prompt questions about her learning. I love getting pictures of her smiling and playing and learning with friends all day long. Not only are the staff knowledgeable and helpful, they genuinely care about my daughter's well-being. I couldn't dream of a better place for my kiddo, I am so grateful for the staff and their patience with my daughter.
