Great School, great education.

The teachers are incredibly good; they teach with love, patience, and respect. My daughter is now always happy to go to school. The progress and what she's learned in her two years is incredible. It's what a 4- or 5-year-old would normally do. At first, it was a difficult process, but now she loves it.

The staff is wonderful. We had a sub optimal experience at another daycare and the biggest difference we’ve noticed is that Primrose has much better staff who care about my child and they are more experienced and happier.

Our teachers have always been great and friendly! I’ve never worried that my son wasn’t in great loving hands! They are great with communication. They are helpful as first time parents and unsure when to start introducing new things such as solids and what to start with!

The staff and teachers love our daughter. Our child being enthusiastic every morning about going to school shows us that she is well taken care of and surrounded by people who want her to succeed!

More consistency - we love the updates through the app but sometimes the amount of updates/pictures can vary. Some teachers send multiple pictures a day and some send one a week. There has also been times bottles have been missed in the app. Otherwise we love Primrose, our child is very happy there and we feel like she is well taken care of!

Primrose has been a safe haven for our family. We trust the care he is being given and our son looks forward to being at school the next day. Hes made a ton of friends and is learning more everyday. His favorite person right now is his teacher Miss. Moore.

I have been very impressed with Primrose. It is organized. Emmie's teacher, Mrs. Maddox has been fantastic. Emmie has learned so much. Her vocabulary has expanded significantly. We have also enjoyed the app and really enjoy seeing the pictures throughout the day. We trust Primrose and are glad it was recommended to us. Ben and Tracey Harkess

Since switching to Primrose, our child is excited to go to school and we absolutely love the teacher. Couple points of opportunity for improvement would be that there is typically no one at the front desk in the morning when we drop off, which gives concerns for safety and people being able to enter the facility, also the feedback on the app portal is pretty inconsistent. There will be times where we get photos and updates throughout the week and then there will be weeks where we get absolutely nothing in the app. There have been a number of days where there has been no information uploaded to the app. It is important for us to know what our child’s eating habits are like as that is an opportunity we are working through at home as well.
