We love sending our daughter to Primrose Erie! We have seen her grow and learn in ways we would never have expected like sign language to being more confident around her older cousins. We feel that she is safe and secure from the moment we drop her off to the time we pick her up. Couldn’t be happier with our choice to send her there.

The teachers seem to be happy there and that speaks volumes. We love the consistency with the classrooms and it seems to be well organized and well run. Our kids appear happy and have teachers that they really bond with. We do also appreciate the hot lunches and the fact that there aren't very many closed days.

We have had the privilege of having both of our children go through Primrose School of Erie at Vista Ridge, and I cannot recommend this school enough! From the teachers to the administrative staff, everyone is genuinely dedicated to creating a nurturing and enriching environment for the children. The teachers are not only highly skilled but also incredibly warm and attentive. They truly take the time to understand each child's unique needs and learning style, fostering both academic growth and social-emotional development. My kids have come home every day excited about what they learned, and it's been amazing to see their confidence and curiosity blossom. The leadership and staff are equally impressive. They communicate clearly, keep parents informed, and create a welcoming atmosphere that makes us feel like part of a community. It's clear they are passionate about early education and committed to providing the best possible experience for families. Thanks to Primrose, my children have had a fantastic start to their educational journeys. The strong foundation they've gained here will undoubtedly benefit them for years to come. I'm so grateful for the positive impact this school has had on our family!

We love the staff, the kindness and warmth of all team directly or indirectly dealing with the kids; everybody does length to accommodate family requests and necessities. We love the infrastructure and installation, although it could have some improvements related to all eight sensory inputs needs for the little ones. We do believe staff could use more training regarding the newest approach applied to first infancy - it would reduce their stress and improve kids development.

Primrose is a high quality child care option. Teachers and staff have a good amount of experience and tenure. School hours are extremely reliable for working parents and communication around school closures are timely. My child enjoys going to school and thrives in making friendships with her peers. She also has support from her teachers when she needs some extra guidance and care.

We have been really happy here. The teachers for the most part have been excellent. They really care for our kids, and communicate regularly about ways to help them grow and if they ever have concerns. The leadership team makes you feel like part of a community and have managed the very complex changes of covid over the last 4 years in such an amazing way. They are adaptable. I also feel that they keep safety as a high priority.
