I have been so appreciative of the front desk staff who know my family by name and always support us with kindness. We have also been so happy with our teachers. I feel that my children are safe and loved when not with me and I will always be grateful for that. I also love the teaching as it aligns with our values in terms of teaching kindness, about the world, and has grown their skills and confidence.

When we were looking at daycares there were a few features we knew that we wanted. We wanted lunch and snacks provided, long hours and not a lot of closures. Both parents in the home work full time so we needed the coverage. Primrose had all of that, but what we couldn't know is that the teachers stay, they seem happy and the staff is great. We can count on them to be open and our kids are happy!

The teachers are great, really care about the kids. The rooms are clean, very organized on how the day runs, good communication, great prep for school after Primrose.

We love sending our daughter to Primrose Erie! We have seen her grow and learn in ways we would never have expected like sign language to being more confident around her older cousins. We feel that she is safe and secure from the moment we drop her off to the time we pick her up. Couldn’t be happier with our choice to send her there.

My son absolutely loves all the teachers there and the Procare app is super informative.

The teachers seem to be happy there and that speaks volumes. We love the consistency with the classrooms and it seems to be well organized and well run. Our kids appear happy and have teachers that they really bond with. We do also appreciate the hot lunches and the fact that there aren't very many closed days.
