The staff is very kind and patient with my daughter who is under a year old. This shows by how excited my daughter gets to see her teachers on a daily basis. They promptly let me know of any issues of potential concerns happening with my daughter.

Primrose has excellent, enthusiastic, caring, and patient teachers. My older son has attended since at age 11 months and will complete his Primrose journey in early August to transition to kindergarten. My younger son has attended since age six months. I am seeing amazing things they each have learned along the way. Thank you for helping my sons grow and develop in their early years!

Every morning when we drop our daughter off, she is so excited to go with her teachers. Anytime our friends, whose son also goes to Primrose, ourselves, or our parents see her at Primrose, she always has a smile on her face and is so happy. The teachers and leadership team always go out of their way to say hi and bye to our daughter, and our daughter gets so excited to see anyone from Primrose. It really makes us feel comfortable with her there and makes it so much easier on us parents to know we made the right choice sending her to daycare.

From the moment we walked in, we felt a warm and welcoming environment. The teachers Ms.Sarah, Ms. Maria, and Ms. T (chef) are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive, making sure each child feels safe and loved. Our toddler has flourished here—learning new things every day, making friends, and growing in confidence. The activities are engaging and well-structured, keeping little ones busy while encouraging creativity and social skills. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed about our child’s progress. We are truly grateful for the wonderful care and nurturing environment at Primerose at First Colony ! Highly recommend!

We’ve been with primrose for about 2.5 years now and have loved both locations! We are greeted daily by all staff members and our baby girl learns everyday at school! We love it here!

I like the pace at which Colette is learning and how much the staff obviously love and care for her. I also greatly appreciate Chef Tita - it is a game changer for us to know that she is fed well at school and that we don't have to pack lunch for her each day.
