Teacher tenure

We really admire how our kids keep learning more and more at Primrose. Really appreciate the professionalism and the care that the staff provide. One thing that I would like to see would be to have more plant protein options in the kids menu. I understand that not many kids would eat plant protein when there's meat option, but it really makes a huge difference for families that don't consume meat.

Wonderful staff and our daughter is always learning new things through engaging activities.

It’s good

Penrose has been amazing to us! With my first child and first time using daycare they have made me feel so comfortable. My husband if in another state as of now and he has the app so that has helped him feel comfortable as well. The staff is amazing and the infant room was phenomenal. If we could stay we would.

We love this school and the staff is always there to help! We have had both our girls go here for many many years and love everyone and how great it is!

I love Primrose and how much my children have learned and have grown with the help, love and guidance of the teachers and staff of primrose. While dropping my child off I know he is in a caring and nurturing classroom and when I pick him up he can't wait to tell me about his day and all the things he learned and fun he had. I also see the other students radiating with happiness and it is very reassuring to see the happiness throughout the whole school.

The staff is so kind and makes my children feel special and welcomed.

I really like how the staff pays attention to all the kids. My daughter has learnt so much in the last month since we enrolled her.

I love the staff and front desk! The comfort and safety they give and knowledge about our students shows how much they care!

Management is wonderful. The teachers are wonderful. I like the curriculum. It is a safe environment. I really love everything about Primrose, except its events. I appreciate and enjoy the memories made fron the events, but I wish they were easier to attend. There are so many people in such small spaces that it causes families to wait in line for extended periods of time, theres no place for families to sit, and it just isn't an enjoyable time. I would suggest hosting events in multiple spaces/rooms instead of just one or staggering the events over multiple days for the different classrooms, or staggering when people arrived by last name (last names a-g come from 430-5, last names g-t come from 5-30). Just things to think about!

The interaction between staff and my child. The pictures and updates parents receive from the application throughout the day. Activities and outside play time while also having special visits from guests like Spiderman, Anna, and other Disney characters.

All management, teachers, floaters, and kitchen are great. Attentive, caring, and friendly are just a few words to describe them all. I feel that my kids are safe and are learning through the curriculum Primrose provides to set them up for success.

Great activities and play to encourage learning. The teachers are very caring.

My kids are loved and well taken care of at Primrose of Fletcher Heights. I never have any concerns and they are constantly learning new things.

Most of the teachers are well trained and the classrooms are updated and well equipped with appropriate play and learning items. Meals are well balanced. I wish the afternoon snack was more substantial with more protein as my children are extremely hungry when I pick them up around 4 pm. I do not like that there is an ipad available preschool. I originally had my child be unable to use the ipad, but that singled him out and made him upset in class. There is so much for young children to play and learn during the day, I don't think ipads should even be an option in the classroom for children kindergarten and younger.

The staff is incredibly kind and cares about all of the kiddos. My oldest is excelling in Kindergarten as a result of the work put in at Primrose. Now, I have a baby in the infant room and teachers still ask about my oldest. It makes me feel valued as a long time family here.

The technology of seeing pictures and knowing what my child is doing throughout the day. The school also providing several meals and snacks a day which really helps the parents with their day not having to prepare food daily. The staff is always great and professionally. They truly care.

The teachers and office staff and very nice and I would definitely recommend!

Excellent curriculum. Teachers are well trained. Good, quality and balanced meals. Well designed and spacious playgrounds with the perk of misters. Improvement request would be bringing back more frequent water play days during summer camp.
