Great interactive relationship from ownership down to all levels. Our daughter loves her “school time.” Very low turn over in staff and that speaks very highly of their dedication to enabling better lives of the children and families that are part of this community.

The teachers and staff are very friendly and kind and know my child by name. The facilities are clean, bright and inviting. I do wish some of the food options were healthier.

Enrolling at primrose has been such a blessing for our family. Our little one has grown emotionally, socially, and developmentally, and genuinely looks forward to going each day. The staff is loving, patient, and communicative, and you can tell they truly care about the children. We couldn’t ask for a better place for our child.

We love it here! Our Daughter ( 2) has been enrolled since she was 6 weeks old. We see a difference in her compared to her peers in how she has thrived.

Within days of my children starting at this school, many teachers and staff throughout the entire school knew both my kids by name. They provide excellent educational opportunities to my toddler. I’m impressed with the things he learns at daycare! The infant teachers provide wonderful care to my baby. All of the people we have met at this school provide such excellent care that they feel like family.

I love that Primrose is so close to my home and is very accessible at all times. With this being my first child’s first time attending daycare/school, I appreciate how welcoming the staff was and how comfortable they made me feel knowing my child was in good hands. While my child had been bitten and scratched a few times by other kids, I appreciate the teachers and staff’s attention to the matter - providing ice packs, bandaids, extra hugs and love.

We have liked our children's teachers. Most of the care providers have been very engaged with the kids and seem to like working with little ones. The turnover has been difficult at times and we wish the teachers wouldn't leave as often. The teacher that seemed the most encouraging of potty training and helping get the kids to the next level left right after our child began potty training and it definitely felt like it pushed their development back. Higher pay, more flexibility, more in-classroom support - whatever it is that would help with retention would be good. It seems like the longer our child has a teacher, the more comfortable they are with going to school and the more enjoyable it seems for them.

I am extremely happy with our time at Primrose School of Fort Worth West. The school is very well maintained and clean. The teachers are fantastic. The playground is kid approved and my daughter loves all the events they do for them! The staff are always helpful and kind. The owners are such a gem, both of them! Cannot say enough great things about this school!

Staff quality. Quality of the education. The main private schools all recognize primrose as a good feeder program, so we feel the program and child development is at a high quality. We also appreciate the athletic opportunities to provide introductory exposure.

From the instant we stepped into Primrose, we felt certain we'd found the ideal childcare for our son. The thoughtful care they pour into every aspect of the curriculum, activities, and well-balanced meals truly distinguishes them. We look forward to continuing our son's journey at Primrose and seeing him flourish with all the wonderful opportunities they offer.
