I like that the classroom has a good structure for my child but also allows me to drop off and pick up with a lot of flexibility. I am happy that difficult drop offs bring out empathy in all of my daughter's teachers. When she is struggling to say goodbye, someone always steps up to offer her a welcoming hug. The teachers keep me informed about her progress. Plus, the office staff is very kind and welcoming. This is our fourth daycare for Thea. The first one was ended on day one due to many reasons. The second one seemed great but had no real structure and my daughter struggled to really settle in. The third one had very good structure in the classrooms but had a staff that seemed less professional and often irritated or seemed overwhelmed. This daycare has none of those issues.

The school is clean, well lit and organized. There is always an adult at the front watching the door. They address behavior issues in the classroom. Communication is great. Examples include reminding parents of upcoming events, when they have an issue/need and when the children get back from field trips.

I love my daughter being enrolled here. She is acclimating quicker than she has in the past. The whole school seems more organized than the others we have been ate. I feel like I can truly ensure that my daughter's safety is a priority. I am just so grateful to find this school. We had chosen this school as our number one pick long ago but the wait list was too long and I needed to go back to work. I feel like my daughter is finally where she belongs.

Couldn’t wish for a better FAMILY to bring our daughter every day. The amount of love and joy our daughter receives is immense. The teachers are all beautiful individuals who love and teach our kids the way we would as their parents. It’s always scary to leave your child when they are small, but I’ve never had this at Primrose Friendswood. I do get jealous often when we come in and the food smells amazing, realizing it’s not for me. Ms. Gracie doesn’t get enough credit for all the amazing food she makes and don’t forget the cookies on COOKIE FRIDAY! It’s what every kid looks forward to at the end of the week. We love you all

Primrose is not just a school, but a family. Everyone there is genuinely nice and cares for our girls. It gives me a great sense of relief dropping off my girls everyday knowing they will be well cared for and looked after. The teachers communicate throughout the day letting me know how my girls are doing and what they are learning.

We love how hands on the teachers are in the classrooms and that there are no TVs. This was very important to us. They serve a good variety of meals and snacks and our son loves cookie Friday! The front office is organized and communicative with the parents. We have already recommended friends and family send their littles to our school.
