We have absolutely loved our experience at Primrose school of Frisco at Independence. The school building and grounds always feel safe and secure, and we trust them completely with our child. Over the years, his teachers have been incredibly kind and patient, and he truly feels happy and comfortable in his classroom. We have seen tremendous growth in both his academic skills and social development. Communication is excellent! The app keeps us informed and we love receiving pictures about his day. The school is consistently clean, organized, and beautifully decorated for every holiday and theme. We will truly miss our Primrose community next year as he transitions to public school. We can’t thank Primrose enough for the foundation they’ve given him!

Our family has had an amazing experience at Primrose School of Frisco at Independence, and I truly cannot recommend it highly enough. We have sent all three of our children here, and our youngest, Noah, is still currently enrolled for another year and a half. Both Ava and Lana entered Kindergarten fully prepared and already ahead of their grade level—not just academically, but socially as well. Their reading, writing, math skills, confidence, and social development were noticeably advanced, which speaks volumes about the quality of education and care they received at Primrose. The leadership team, Mrs. Campbell and Mrs. Ambrose, run an absolutely fantastic facility. The school is filled with energy, positivity, structure, and genuine care, and it shows the moment you walk through the doors. They have created an environment where kids feel safe, encouraged, and excited to learn every single day. Every teacher our children have had has been kind, caring, loving, and incredibly skilled at what they do. It’s clear that the staff truly cares about the children—not just as students, but as individuals—and that level of dedication makes all the difference as a parent. Choosing Primrose was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our kids. If you’re considering a place that combines top-tier early education with a warm, nurturing environment, this school is it. We are beyond grateful for the role Primrose School of Frisco at Independence has played in shaping our children’s early years. Highly, highly recommended.

The staff and curriculum. The leadership team is strong and consistent, and love seeing the tenure on the staff. Creates a solid and reliable environment for the kids. There’s also a good amount of extracurriculars.

All the teachers and staff members are always so inviting and friendly, and it's CRAZY how well-established their curriculum is at every age level. My daughter learns so much every day and is THRIVING!!

Mrs. Ambrose and Mrs. Campbell are the best. You can tell that they are great leaders just by how the school operates efficiently. They are always welcoming and go above and beyond and it’s noticed. Also, all the teachers my kids have had have been excellent. My kids are better because they have and do go to Primrose. I’m always proud to say that’s where they go and always recommend to everyone I talk to.

The Primrose School of Frisco at Independence has truly transformed our son in ways we never imagined. Like many young boys, he used to be all about playtime, but now, he has developed a genuine love for learning. He looks forward to reading time, actively listens to stories, and even points out letters he recognizes in books. He’s begun asking how to spell words and is starting to understand how letters form words. It’s been such a joy to witness his growth! His teachers are nothing short of amazing. They have taken the time to truly understand who he is and what he loves, especially his passion for sports. Whether it’s baseball, hockey, or soccer, they engage with him on his interests, and it means the world to us that he feels so seen and supported. Thank you for nurturing our little boy and helping him grow into a curious, confident learner. We are so grateful to be part of the Primrose family!

All 3 of our boys have been to Primrose at Independence and we absolutely love it. Our youngest started at 9 months and we’ve put two through Kindergarten. The staff and teachers — which really feel more like family at this point — are kind and caring, but more importantly, very communicative. If we ever have questions, they always make time to meet with us to ensure our boys get the best support possible in the classroom. I couldn’t recommend it more!

We moved here after an experience with a center that was not great at communicating with parents and wow what a difference! We get daily pics, frequent updates, email reminders, and I am always greeted with a friendly smile and hello by the staff. It truly becomes a family; the teachers, students, and staff: the center is clean, well-run, and they go the extra mile with ensuring there are plentiful family events. My son especially loves when Mr. David comes and sings songs with the kids; he sings the jingles often. I would absolutely recommend as a 10 out of 10 (and I am a harsh critic)

My wife and I have sent both of our boys here from diapers to kinder. They have family friendly and clean facilities. Always great staff and a fun and great learning environment for our kids. I’d highly recommend to anyone seeking a place for your kid to thrive as soon as they get to kindergarten
