Primrose has been great! The teachers have been wonderful, and genuinely care for and love on my daughter! Teachers have been very consistent and it doesn’t seem like there is a lot of turnover. Communication from teachers and the school is really good! We could not be happier, and are so grateful for Primrose!

I love our experience with Primrose. Ms. Paola and Ms. Shweta were amazing with my 3 year old and he loved going to school everyday. Ms. Allison was also very understanding and helpful when my kid had to be switched from full day to half day, and with everything that we needed help with really. The only reason for me to withdraw is that he wasn’t able to adjust to the nap time and the half-day schedule wasn’t working for me. But we had an amazing experience with the teachers and all the staff at Primrose and will highly recommend this school to anyone!

The school has been a great experience for my daughter. She loves going to school. They have a balanced curriculum and good foundations. I can tell the progress that my daughter has made since she started attending.

Our kids are treated like family here. They are cared about and cared for, making me breathe easier day to day when I cannot be there with them. The teachers are wonderful; they go above and beyond. All admin are respectful and kind. We’ve had a great experience with Primrose!

You're our favorite daycare in this area by far. We switched out of another one much closer to us because their teacher to student ratio was not great and they didn't have tenured teachers who helped show children how to interact. IE if one is mad at the other and bites, make they learn to talk and share (obviously adjusted for age.) Primrose doesn't have a revolving door of head teachers and administrative staff. They also don't cut down to the bare minimum teachers.

Primrose has been there for both my babies who are now 8 and 6. They are family!!! My kids love going to Primrose. The teachers have always treated my kids as their own. I never worry about the safety of my kids at Primrose Frisco West!! The leadership is friendly and approachable.

One of the best preschools i have ever seen! My son and we are very happy, all the teachers and staff are very friendly amd they take of our kids very well. I cant say how much satisfies i am with this beautiful location!
