Amazing leadership team combined with the most caring, experienced and knowledgeable teachers who partner with parents and help coach more effective practices. Ms. Rachel the Director and the Associate Director Ms. Allison are just so passionate about serving the children and they always make every morning drop-off positive and confident. curriculum is very strong and prepares for Kindergarten very well, and the balanced meal plans are better than most. Ms. Alyce has taught me how to better parent my 4yo using positive techniques that actually work and have yielded happier interactions boyh at school and at home. I I cannot give a higher recommendation for Primrose School of Frisco West!

You could ask me for my feedback five years ago when we started at Primrose Frisco West, you could ask me for my feedback today or five years from now when my youngest will graduate… It will always be a 10… Every day… every experience… is a 10 out of 10.

Our family has been part of Primrose School of Frisco West for the past 2.5 years. Both of our children began in the younger toddler classroom, and although there has been some teacher turnover in the younger classrooms, we’ve always felt that the administrative team and teachers genuinely care about the children and work hard to create a nurturing environment. While the turnover was the only real challenge we experienced — as our kids lost a few caregivers they had really bonded with — we’ve also been fortunate to have some truly exceptional teachers who made a lasting impact. My son initially struggled with daycare, but Mrs. Tonya made a wonderful difference. She found ways to engage him in her Preschool classroom and helped him learn and grow in so many ways over the past year. My daughter absolutely adores Mrs. Priyanka — her enthusiasm and positive energy are contagious! Her way of dealing with the kids and her leadership really stand out. It’s clear that she genuinely loves what she does, and we’re so grateful for the joy and dedication she brings to her classroom every day and how deeply she connects with the kids.

The staff listens and has been extra accommodating. Very friendly and appreciate school lunches that aren't packed with preservatives and allergy/food sensitive friendly.

Primrose has been great! The teachers have been wonderful, and genuinely care for and love on my daughter! Teachers have been very consistent and it doesn’t seem like there is a lot of turnover. Communication from teachers and the school is really good! We could not be happier, and are so grateful for Primrose!

I love our experience with Primrose. Ms. Paola and Ms. Shweta were amazing with my 3 year old and he loved going to school everyday. Ms. Allison was also very understanding and helpful when my kid had to be switched from full day to half day, and with everything that we needed help with really. The only reason for me to withdraw is that he wasn’t able to adjust to the nap time and the half-day schedule wasn’t working for me. But we had an amazing experience with the teachers and all the staff at Primrose and will highly recommend this school to anyone!

The school has been a great experience for my daughter. She loves going to school. They have a balanced curriculum and good foundations. I can tell the progress that my daughter has made since she started attending.

Our kids are treated like family here. They are cared about and cared for, making me breathe easier day to day when I cannot be there with them. The teachers are wonderful; they go above and beyond. All admin are respectful and kind. We’ve had a great experience with Primrose!
