What we loved most about our Primrose School experience was the genuine care and dedication from the teachers. Ms. Ashley and Ms. Gray created such a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment where our child felt safe, supported, and excited to learn each day.
A very special thank you to Ms. Jennifer, who, as my daughter’s Pre-K teacher, made an especially meaningful impact. Her kindness, patience, and the love she shows her students truly set her apart, and we feel so grateful for the role she played in our daughter’s growth and confidence.
Overall, the sense of community, the attention to each child’s development, and the consistent kindness shown by the staff made this such a positive and memorable experience for our family. We will always appreciate the care and heart they put into everything they do.

Overall, we are very happy with the daycare. The staff are caring, and we truly appreciate the effort everyone puts into creating a positive environment for the children.
However, I wanted to share one concern. Since December 2025, my son has been getting sick almost every other week. I completely understand that illnesses are common among young children, especially in group settings. Still, I am wondering if there may be ways to further strengthen sanitization practices to help reduce the frequency of infections.

We have absolutely loved our experience with Primrose School. The teachers and staff are caring, attentive, and truly invested in each child’s growth and happiness. The curriculum is engaging, well-structured, and balances learning with creativity and play. Communication with families is excellent, and we always feel informed and supported. Most importantly, our child feels safe, confident, and excited to go to school each day. We’re incredibly grateful for the nurturing environment Primrose provides and highly recommend it to other families.

My toddler loves going to Primrose. He has been in other care centre but he learned good behaviour here! He surprises me everyday with things he is learning in the school. My kids have been to many child care centres in multiple states but i have not experienced the care i am seeing here. Good behaviour was my top most priority and i am glad that i found the Primrose School and the best teachers for my kiddo! Thank you!

Administrators are always visible and available. The teachers want to be there and are qualified. It doesn’t seem like just an ordinary job for them. There’s fun activities for the kiddos like the winter fest event (which was very well planned). I liked it being on a Saturday morning. My daughter is doing so much learning in her preK class. The activities are intentional and educational. My daughter is having a great experience and I don’t have worries sending her to school each day. Lastly, I appreciate the cleanliness in the rooms and the focus on washing hands. It has helped my daughter not get continuously sick.

Excellent and above and beyond teachers and administrative and director staff. Across the board, everyone cares about our children, they've gone out of their way to help them with everything they need, to care for them, to love them, and to provide so much joy and happiness to then every day. And all the the same time, they have been teaching and helping our children grow and develop.

The teachers are very involved. I love getting a sort of progress report on the app daily so I can know what my child is doing each day. I enjoy the multiple photos we receive each day of our child playing and with their friends. I like the little experiments and activities they do instead of just letting the kids go wild playing all day everyday. Theres a great median of playing and learning. I also like the meals that are served to my child, most are healthy and good options. My child normally tells me daily what they ate and most everytime lets me know that they enjoyed their meals. The staff is very communicative and that for me and my wife are the biggest plus from the school. Highly recommend this school to anyone that would be wondering about this school. My wife and I are expecting next year and im excited to get my child on the wait list so they can both thrive and do well in their early childhood education.
