The whole staff was fantastic! Our child learned a lot and made friends along the way. She was a very shy kid when she started at Primrose and has grown into a more outgoing and confident kid and I know that has a lot to do with the excellent care she got at school. Thank you very much for everything you all do to make Primrose a fun place to be. And a special thanks to Chef Keisha for making magic food to get our daughter to try new foods she never does at home!
The teachers care so much! It's apparent how informed and connected staff are, as other teachers say hello to me and my infant daughter by name at drop off. Her teachers are so in tune to her unique schedule, habits, and personality. She gets so much more at Primrose than she could at home, and seemingly anywhere else!
I know that my daughter is safe and happy at school. She loves her teachers and everyone is so welcoming. It can be tough dropping your child off for the first time and everyone on staff has made me feel so much better about our decision. They know me and my daughter and it's so comforting when I can't be there with her.
Our child has learned so much, loves his teachers, and has lots of fun at school.
School hours are convenient to my work schedule.
Facilities are clean and full of activities.
The faculty is very communicative and the procare app is great.
We love how organized the school is and how invested they are in our child's development. Not to mention the cleanliness and high-quality level of operations!
Our son has been at Primrose since he was 3 months old, and as he nears finishing the private Kindergarten there, we realize how lucky we were to have found it. They’ve been a wonderful second home for our son and all of the teachers love the kids like they’re family. He has learned so much and his individualism has been nurtured. It has been a wonderful safe place for him to learn and grow. He told me last night that he just wants to “stay at Primrose” and not go to another school. If they developed a K-12 school, we would enthusiastically sign up.
Ms. Posada and Ms. Straker are absolutely wonderful. We have loved seeing how they support Tierney's learning and development as well as her social/emotional needs. They are always willing to work with us on challenges and come up with new ideas and solutions. Everyone in the building seems invested in Tierney's success and well-being, from Ms. Liddell and Ms. Joseph to Ms. Keisha and most everyone we meet in the hallway. It's been a wonderful experience for the most part.
Our biggest challenges have been trying to manage the transition out of napping while other kids are napping in her class. I would love to see some more focus on this and more support for the kids who are in this transition so we aren't dealing with terrible bedtimes during the week after a nap that shouldn't have happened.
While Ms. Posada and Ms. Straker are amazing, we have also found some challenges with some of the "floater" teachers that we experience either in the mornings or afternoons, especially Ms. Pittman and Ms. Jones. We have observed them talking down to the kids, not knowing every kid's name, yelling, and threatening them (not physically, just with things like "your mom will be mad at you" or "just wait until your parents get here"). It's inappropriate and concerning and I'm very glad Tierney is not exposed to them for the majority of the day.
These ladies are saving my life. No one in my village is more reliable, professional and caring when it comes to taking care of these kids. There has not been one minute that I've worried about them when they are at Primrose. What a relief. There is no expression of gratitude that would convey how grateful I am.
We enjoy Connor's teachers and the overall curriculum. We love the fact the all of Connor's meals are provide for him so we don't have to worry about packing or planning food.
From the owner to the administration to the teachers, we’ve encountered professionals who truly care about our children and their success. We feel heard and valued no matter what the situation including proactive problem solving. The curriculum seems to be engaging for students and we love that our toddler is exploring the same concepts as our preschooler. We wouldn’t think of anywhere else to be apart of our village.
We have loved Primrose. It was great for the Pre-K years with one of my kids, and my youngest has been attending since he was about 4 months old. They both have thrived there!
