The staff is super genuine and friendly. Everyone knows our 23 month old boy's name, and says hello/ goodbye when we are walking in the halls. He feels like a celebrity at school! He had a really hard time adjusting to daycare at 20 mos old, but his teachers have been super patient with him, and caring and sensitive to his needs. He is now on the other side of it, and is a different child because of it! He is confident, willing to try new things, trying to speak WAAAAY more, loves books, and is creative in his communication with us. When he wants to ride quads in evening, he brings me his socks and shoes.... He sleeps better, he listens more. He was kind of feral before Primrose, climbing on tables, screaming at the first behavior correction, not understanding how/why to sit in his highchair and eat food... he is still an energetic, curious boy who loves to eat dirt and throw rocks, but he has a social awareness now that has made ALL the difference at home, and helped us manage some stress levels!
Our daughter loves going to daycare every morning. I’m never worried about her when she’s there. They take such good care of her and the other kids. Great place!
Love the staff, structured curriculum, and overall atmosphere. Both if my children are happy and thriving here! All of the teachers my kids have had we have loved and trusted!
I love how warm and inviting the staff, and the people are, for the most part. My children’s teachers are so engaged, dedicated, and patient. I really feel like they are a part of our village, and I can rely on them to help out and be on the alert for certain things.
We have been very happy with Miss Sam’s leadership, but I do have to say that there has been some disappointment with the new owners coming in. While they have been nice enough when we arrive in the morning and leave in the afternoon, I just don’t feel like there’s that same level of warmth and interest in getting to know us as families as there was previously. It feels a little bit cold and less inviting than with previous leadership. There are so many new faces, and I’m sure many of us would appreciate a little bit of small talk or conversation where it feels like they are invested in us as families. That certainly was the case with the previous ownership, so it is a little bit jarring to experience this.
Overall, however, we are very happy with Primrose and feel like our kids are so well taken care of.
Primrose school at San Tan is a great place for kids to learn and grow. Teachers and admins always put children's need as their center. The communication with the admin is very smooth. I highly recommend this place!
I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible support and dedication that all the teachers and staff at Primrose provide.
From the very first day, it was clear that this is a community that truly cares. The way you all go above and beyond to create a welcoming and nurturing environment has made a significant impact on my daughter’s experience at school. It’s not just about academics; it’s about fostering a sense of belonging and comfort, and you all excel in that regard.
I have witnessed my daughter grow tremendously, both academically and socially, since she joined your school. The encouragement and guidance she receives from her teachers have not only enhanced her learning but also built her confidence. It is a blessing to see her so engaged and excited about her education.
Thank you for your hard work, passion, and commitment to each child’s success. We feel incredibly fortunate to be part of this amazing school community.
We absolutely love Primrose! The curriculum, teachers, and support staff are top notch. We have a toddler and an infant enrolled at the San Tan location, and our toddler has been attending for about 2 years. Our kids feel safe there and love their teachers, and we as parents feel like the communication is great. We trust the Primrose team with the safety and wellbeing of our kids wholeheartedly, we are so grateful to have them as part of our village!
We love how open and available the office staff is to us. The communication has always been amazing and made us feel primrose is a safe place for our children. We’ve been at primrose for 4 years so we’ve experience many different age/ class settings each supporting our children’s development both emotional and educational. Most of the teachers and staff have been at primrose since we started or before which I take as a good sign of culture and commitment to early childhood development. We love primrose, my son is in pre-k and already sad this is his last year with these wonderful people that have grown to be extended family to us.
We recently moved our 18 month old daughter to Primrose from another location for many reasons and we were really nervous the grass wouldn’t be greener leaving our old location. We were so wrong, Primrose has been the best move! Our daughter is loving her new teachers and classmates. Shes so happy to be going to school every day. Shes well cared for and you can tell she’s loved and appreciated by all of the staff!
