Choosing a daycare is easily one of the most nerve-wracking decisions a parent has to make, but Primrose has been an absolute blessing for our family. From the very first tour, we knew this wasn't just a facility—it’s a community. Here are a few reasons why we couldn't be happier: Exceptional Staff: The teachers are more than just caregivers; they are educators who genuinely love what they do. They greeted our child by name from day one and provided the kind of warmth and patience that gives us total peace of mind. Engaging Curriculum: We’re constantly amazed by the new things our little one brings home, from creative art projects to new vocabulary. The balance of play-based learning and structured activities is spot on. Communication & Safety: The daily updates and photos we receive through their app are the highlight of our workday. We always feel "in the loop," and the security measures in place make us feel 100% confident in their safety. Clean & Inviting Environment: The classrooms are bright, organized, and filled with age-appropriate toys that spark curiosity. If you’re looking for a place where your child will be nurtured, challenged, and truly seen, look no further. We feel so lucky to have found this "home away from home"!

Primrose is like a second home to my children. Everyone (teachers, admin, staff, and beyond!) knows not only their names, but what is going on in their lives and who they are as little people. The trust that they will always act in our best interest and warm feeling of familiarity and comfort that Primrose gives me and my children is absolutely priceless.

I’ve seen so much growth in both of my boys since starting here. Zaylen is more confident and expressive, and Kayden is reaching milestones with so much support. It’s clear they’re in an environment that encourages them to thrive, not just get through the day.

My boys are well taken care of and learn so much at Primrose. Their after school program has really blossomed, my son is often sad when he has to leave.

We LOVE Primrose and value the care, love, learning & attention our daughter receives. Ms. Estefania & Ms. Eman are both so patient, calm, loving and attentive while making each child feel special. Ms. Farhin is very creative and does a great job with leading the classroom. It is clear she puts thought into age-appropriate, hands-on learning. We have been blessed with the most amazing teachers since starting at Primrose. The leadership staff is wonderful, and they are willing to always listen and address any concerns. It's a relief to know that our daughter is in the best hands when she is away from us. I really value seeing the photos and updates in the Procare app; they make me feel so connected and reassured throughout the day. It would be wonderful if they could be approved more quickly, rather than arriving all at once in the late afternoon or evening, so I can enjoy those moments in real-time. I love seeing updates throughout the day to know she's having a great time, but it’s a bit disappointing to receive them all at once after she’s already home. Thank you, PRIMROSE FAMILY!! We are grateful for ALL of you!!

Front office staff seems to be very accommodating. There was a recent change in class structure, and teachers, which seem to have a positive impact on my child.

I love the family-like atmosphere that Primrose cultivates. I have seen the growth in both my children (8months and 4yrs). The staff knows their names and does not hesitate to tell them hello or check in on them.

We could not be happier with our experience at Primrose Greatwood. The teachers are incredibly patient, nurturing, and creative, and they make learning so much fun for the children. Our child looks forward to school every single day and comes home excited to share songs, stories, and new skills. We’ve seen so much growth in confidence, curiosity, and social skills. The school provides a warm, safe, and welcoming environment that truly feels like a second home. We are so grateful to the entire staff for the love and care they give to each child. Great staff and community. They provide constant communication and updates on my child. Their summer explorers program has been a wonderful experience for my daughter’s growth and knowledge. From art activities to field trips, she is always engaged.
