Primrose is far superior to our other experiences for a multitude of reasons. For one, the staff and teachers have all been amazing — patient, responsible, nurturing. My boys talk about how they love their teachers all the time, and it’s clear they have made a positive impact. From a curriculum standpoint, I also think Primrose is a cut above in preparing our kids for elementary school. The reason I gave 9 out of 10 is completely related to communication. We do not receive any communication when a teacher leaves, or moves classrooms, or a new one starts. I would like to at least know the names of the people responsible for taking care of my child. Come teacher appreciation week, I didn’t even know exactly who my one child’s teachers were, and we are not introduced to new teachers when room changes take place. Additionally, a calendar goes out monthly, but virtually no communication reminders for events like pajama days or special school days. Maybe a last minute message is sent out the evening before. There are also no regular parent teacher conferences, which I always appreciate as I know my children are very different at school, and I would love more insight on how I can help them if there is an area we need to work on, or just know if there is some area that they excel or love doing.
The teachers are great with our children, very patient and understanding. We love the educational curriculum. The food is healthy and balanced without compromising taste. We love the open door policy!
Primrose has been such a wonderful experience from the start. Our son has been coming since he was only 12 weeks old. They treat him like one of their own children. The teachers are the most amazing people. I’m so grateful I am able to leave him in the are of people who not only care so much for him, but also provide him with a fantastic education.
