The staff here is wonderful. I feel like they truly care about my baby and they are very informative on her day-to-day behaviors, activities, etc. They post the curriculum and photos throughout the day, and all activities are recorded with time stamps. It’s never easy to leave your baby with anyone, but Primrose has calmed my nerves and I trust these ladies so much. It really feels like a family!

I absolutely love the personalized care to each child at Primrose. When we enrolled, we recently moved, were starting school for the first time, and were in the middle of potty training. The teachers and directors went (and continue to go) above and beyond to make each day fun and stress-free for my son. I love the class size, activities done, and the wide variety of learning provided. I also love the pictures and communication during the day with teachers. I couldn't pick a better school for my son.

The teachers have been so amazing with our son Brooks. Ms. Amy, Tiffany, Kaylan and Kaydence are so patient and loving. His teachers from previous years were all great as well! Dominique and Caitlin are awesome and always quick to answer any questions or concerns. The past 3 years have been a great experience for our son and we look forward to the next two years at Primose East Brainerd.

It was easy to communicate with administration and the teachers. We felt the staff genuinely cared about our child. I appreciate the updates and pictures/videos on the procare app throughout the day also. Everyone is always so pleasant and I feel as though my son always had fun learning and playing when he was there.
