Primrose at Hardin Valley has been such a wonderful experience! My daughter started there in August in the Toddler classroom shortly after turning 1. She had a hard time adjusting to being in a daycare environment at first but she's now perfectly content each morning when I drop her off at "school". The teachers have been wonderful and I feel safe dropping off my daughter each day which is truly invaluable. The entire staff knows both my child's name and mine and my husband's name/face when we come for drop-off or pick-up which is both reassuring on both a personal aspect and from a safety aspect. They update the Procare app. regularly throughout the day keeping you informed of what your child is doing while they are there and even post fun pictures. I look forward to getting the pictures specifically for peace of mind and to know my child is enjoying her time there. I would 100% recommend PSHV to any parent needing an outstanding full-time childcare option.

Primrose has been an amazing school for our family. Not only does Primrose prepare our children to move on to elementary school successfully, but they also set them up for real life experiences, and we are so happy to be a part of such a positive environment!

I am always greeted at the door with a smile, everyone is friendly, responsive, and each person seems to genuinely care for the kids there. My daughter has learned so much and they have gone the extra mile helping her adapt and work through her anxiety.
