The school leadership is very well organized and communicates frequently with parents. One of our children attends full time, and the other after school. It’s extremely convenient and necessary when both parents work. I greatly appreciate how attentive the teachers are, and both kids are happy to be there!

We love Primrose! They have went above and beyond for us in multiple ways over the last six months. The providers have been so kind a patient with my older daughter who is autistic and the love my youngest like their own. The office staff is so sweet and welcoming when you walk in. I appreciate the door codes and check in/check out codes for safety. My girls LOVE their playgrounds. The food the provide is a wide variety of food that my daughters love. We’ve had experience with the after school program and 3 year old classroom. I can’t praise them enough!

The staff have worked especially well in accommodating my 3 year old daughter into the school. Attending school at such a young age was intimidating for my daughter and choosing the right school was a difficult decision on us parents but the curriculum with an appealing learning environment and gentle teaching approach helped solidify my confidence in Primrose. My daughter returns home singing songs learned and talks about her progress. She really feels part of this community with her daily job given to her in the morning. She is excited to know what’s for breakfast and lunch when bedtime comes in preparation for her fun filled classroom with Ms. Boyd and Ms Small.

We have loved everything about Primrose. The entire team is truly top-notch—caring, professional, and genuinely invested in the children. They provide a safe, nurturing environment where my son has been able to learn, grow, and thrive. He even loves the food and never fights me to go to school, which says so much about how happy he is there.

We have seen vast improvements in language and fine motor skills development since sending our child to Primrose! We are thrilled with the healthy meals and snacks that are provided, along with the activities and opportunities provided for the kids. It really is such a fun environment and our child looks forward to each day and playing with his friends at school.

Teachers and staff are friendly. They really seem to care about the children. The school is always inviting and clean. I like that the ProCare app is interactive and updated often — I love getting photos throughout the day. I trust the school to take care of my child and keep him safe. He loves going to school and playing with his teachers and friends.

I love how safe I feel my children are while in school; I really like the flexible drop off and pick up times; I love that we get regular pictures and updates about my children, and we always know if there’s an issue or something needs our attention (like a fever or diapers etc)
