How structured the curriculum is and how the staff care about all the children and make it a safe space for my child!

I like Primrose because it has a clear structure and routine, and I can see that my child is actually learning and developing. It feels organized and intentional, not just childcare. At the same time, they focus on social skills, confidence, and emotional development, which is really important to me. I also really appreciate the investment from the owner and how well the school is run day to day. The staff are experienced and many have been there a long time, which says a lot and creates a sense of consistency and trust. Communication is strong, and I feel confident my child is in a safe, supportive environment. It gives me peace of mind knowing both their education and overall growth are being taken seriously.

We have been coming to Primrose for over 5 years and it has been nothing short of amazing. Every teacher we have encountered has truly cared about our children and have made them feel loved. They take the time to get to know and recognize each child’s individual learning styles and needs to ensure they are meeting the child on their level. The owner and front office staff are quick in responsiveness and prompt in follow up when needed. We truly love the Primrose family!

I truly appreciated the staff at Primrose, who greeted me warmly every day when I arrived and left the facility. I was especially impressed that the staff knows every child by name, creating a welcoming and personal environment. I also loved the friendly, engaging learning atmosphere and the masterful way Mrs. Shumate managed and taught her class. Through her expert teaching and well-structured curriculum, I could clearly see Boris’s growth and maturation over time.
