I couldn’t be more grateful for this school. My son has been attending since the very beginning, and watching his growth and progress has been incredibly rewarding. The administration and teachers are genuinely caring, dedicated, and always put the children first. Their support, encouragement, and commitment to creating a positive learning environment have made such a difference in our son’s development. We are truly proud to be part of the Primrose family.

I would definitely recommend this place. "This school is more than just grades; it’s a community where everyone knows your name. My favorite moments are the small victories, like when a teacher takes the time to write a specific note of praise in your notebook—it makes you feel ten feet tall. The staff is incredibly invested, helping students work through hard things with genuine care. It’s satisfying to walk down the halls and feel safe, seen, and truly at home."

Wonderful staff! From day one, our son has absolutely LOVED his time here. He's learning every single day. The kids always seem very happy, and excited to be there. He started in the pathways class, and has moved up to preschool. The hours are great and the rates are affordable. We strongly recommend Primrose Schools to our friends and family!

The teaching is excellent for the toddlers. My child is learning math and writing and is always clean when I come for pick up. The facility is clean, very well organized and I see a lot of growth and improvement in my child. As it is a new facility, I’m very pleased with how everything works. They have a great playground for the toddlers with artificial grass rather than the woodchips I’ve seen before where children come home with splinters. The only issue is the app which can be better in communication in comparison to the ones we’ve used before. It’ll be nice if they posted more pictures of the child in different activities as there’s barely one or two pictures throughout the day which leaves us parents curious.

We've had our two children at Primrose for around 3 months and love the staff. We've had experiences at different schools that did not show the love and commitment to the kid's individual needs. Starting from Felicia, the director, down to each of the teachers and staff members, we love the care and curriculum that every parent should want for their children. We are leaving out most valuable gifts with people for 7 hours a day. Knowing that they are being cared for genuinely is very reassuring.

To say that we love Primrose Green Valley would be a complete understatement. My family moved from another school in the area that just wasn't able to meet the mark. Extremely poor teacher retention, teaching of non-age-appropriate curriculum, over-sized classroom enrollment to maximize profits for the school and just a real poor administrative/ownership staff, left my family searching for a more appropriate school for our children where they could thrive. We found that in Primrose Green Valley.
From the moment you walk into the building in the morning, Ms. Feleicia is such a beacon of light! She truly cares about the children and parents that walk through the door. There has never been a time where her smile doesn't brighten everyone's day. She moves about the school to ensure the teachers are not overwhelmed and if a child is having a tough moment, I have personally seen her take a few kids on a "field trip" through the school hallway just to change their environment to help gather their big feelings. She is the definition of a true director of a school and her value is immeasurable.
My daughter is in Ms. V's class and always has a difficult time at drop-off. But Ms. V always knows how to take my daughter and calm her down by redirecting her to other things, so her focus is off of "mom is leaving". Many teachers don't have this ability, and Ms. V does it effortlessly.
My son is in Ms. Lupe and Ms. Jen's class. He adores his teachers, and they absolutely love him. I love the amount of feedback we get from both teachers on how our son's day went. It is very clear they love teaching and have a passion for this age group. It warms my heart how quickly he adapted to their style of teaching, and it makes me so excited to see how he progresses on his journey. Couldn't say enough great things about these 2 ladies.
At pick up time, being greeted with the smiles of Ms. Alex and Ms. Karen is awesome! Both are so kind and genuine and truly have a pulse on what has gone on at the school during the day. You can tell they love these kids as their own. It is so comforting to know that from the start of the day to the end of the day, my kids are loved and accepted and guided by individuals who truly take a vested interest in their education and well-being.
Thank you, Primrose Green Valley for being the home away from home for our children's education. We love the entire staff and are so appreciative of them!
